This was my first car purchase that I completed by myself without too much assistance from my husband. I normally shy away from the whole car sales purchase experience because of past experiences but this t without too much assistance from my husband. We contacted Mark the day before his vacation and so when we called back the next day to tell him we wanted to deal with him for my new Element, we had to leave a message. Imagine my surprise when he called me back from Idaho while on his vacation (I'm in Alaska) and we did the entire transaction over the phone. Honda was having a special interest rate that weekend and I was concerned I wouldn't get everything done in time to take advantage of this great opportunity. Mark reassured me that everything would work out and it did. I flew down to pick up my car two weeks later to put it on the ferry to get it to Alaska and Mark spent a couple of hours getting me up to snuff about everything I should know about my car. When we decided a new car was more than we wanted to pay he was just as nice and helpful in helping us select a certified pre-owned vehical friendly.
