My overall experience with Lynnwood Honda has been one of great satisfaction and very rewarding. We got a very good price on our 2008 Pilot and we are extremely satisfied and happy and very satisfied with our whole experience. Stopped in to look at a new CR-V. Wasn't planning to buy it that day, but because Corey, our salesperson, was really professional and easy-to-deal with, we did. Lynnwood is by far the smoothest new-car buying experience I've had. No games, no BS, no wasting time with rediculous stupid tricks....just help getting the right car (I ended up buying a different model than what I first thought I wanted, which ended up being a really good thing - I like the vehicle I got better) and a fair, easy negotiation on price. It's refreshing to be treated respectfully at a car dealership. Also pretty cool when the salesperson actually knows something about the car. Can't even count how many other dealerships I've been to where that's not the case at all. If you're thinking Honda, go to Lynnwood! More
I had a challenging financial situation, but I really needed/wanted a decent used car. Beth and Gabe worked very hard to find a solution for me. Not only did they get me a decent car, they got me into a one-in-a million find that fit my financial boundaries. Beth was warm and professional in her manner, readily available, and very knowledgeable. She asked questions and listened carefully to my answers. Gabe also paid attention to my concerns and I felt every confidence that he was truly working on my behalf. On June 4th I made the decision to own my first car (in my own name) and was very apprehensive about the car buying process as well as what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. What I knew I wanted for sure was a reliable, low maintenance vehicle that I could 'drive the wheels off' so to speak. Additionally however, as a 23 year old recent college grad, I did not want a car that had "two kids and a mortgage" written all over it. With that said, Mark Baker did a fantastic job of accepting my challenging expectations and made this an absolutely positive experience. He did a great job of asking poignant questions and this narrowed down the search for the type of vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable in all the cars he showed and even made a point to educate me on the vehicle I finally purchased. Lastly, he was respectful of my price range and offered to find vehicles that would be within that range as opposed to pushing me to an uncomfortable price-point. The vehicle I ended up purchasing was a 2009 Accord EX-L Coupe in a sexy Belize Blue color and I could not be happier. After one test drive, I absolutely fell in love with it and decided then, that this was my car. If I could give any advice I would say this: Please visit Lynnwood Honda and ask for Mark Baker regardless of your car buying situation. His ability to tune into your expectations is impeccable. Mark was very responsive. I found a car I was interested in at their dealership on-line and inquired. Mark responded immediately and not only provided a thorough description, but answered all of my subsequ in at their dealership on-line and inquired. Mark responded immediately and not only provided a thorough description, but answered all of my subsequent inquiries with expediency and thoroughness. He even made a video showing all aspects of the car. Coincidentally, their used car manager was vacationing in my area (over 500 miles from the dealership) and took the time to review my car for its trade-in value.
