I would like to just comment something about Mark, is that he is a real professional. Normally I do not respond to feedback forums. He was the only salesperson to give a complete run down of the car exterior/interior the controls uner the hood and showed me the latest designs innovations included in my new Honda Accord. The only sales person to open the trunk and show differences in trunk space betrween models. The only sales person that got down on his knees to point out things that Honda includes in their designs. I feel fortunate to have Mark as my sales person and would recommend him to all my friends for all their new car needs More

The whole process from beginning to end never had us questioning our decision to purchase from Lynnwood Honda. we received a flyer in the mail that got us discussing trading in the '08 Fit for a '11 Fit. We knew the KBB value of our '08, but didn't really know how the #'s would all shake out. We are now proud owners of the 2011 Fit and couldn't be happier. What a wonderful place to deal with. I went in the day after purchase to bring up a small issue and had to talk with the sales manager. He looked at me and remembered I was in a few years ago trading in our Fleetwood for the first Fit.
