Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Grekko on purchasing our 2012 Honda crv. Lynnwood Honda was the only dealership offering the Costco program on this vehicle, we live in kent and Mike Grekko on purchasing our 2012 Honda crv. Lynnwood Honda was the only dealership offering the Costco program on this vehicle, we live in kent and were a little bummed that the only dealership offering the program on the crv was so far away, but after our experience with Mike, my wife and I will have no problem making the drive out there again for any future vehicles. From the beginning Mike made us feel very comfortable with no rush or pressure of any kind. He was fun,patient and very informative. He was very straight forward with everything. He brought us to his desk after we made our decision on what vehicle we wanted and pulled up on the computer the Costco price that we were very happy with. After Gabe The sales manager looked over our trade he came over and introduced himself told us he would be putting our deal together for us which was a big surprise to me because I had never had a sales manager come and introduce himself unless they thought they weren't gonna get the sale. Gabe had everything put together very quickly and got us our payment we were looking for there was never any desk games or going back and fourth which was great! Vanessa in finance was very friendly and informative as well and she completed the deal just as great as it began! Lynnwood Honda has well surpassed our expectations there customer service is excellent and everyone was very friendly. Our overall experience was great and look forward to doing business with them in the future. More
I have recently purchased a 2012 Honda CR-V EX-L from Lynnwood Honda. Mark Baker was the dealer and did a remarkable job of serving me with this major purchase. Never did I feel the "high pressure" that is so often a part of buying a new car! Mark listened to what I wanted and made the whole buying experience a pleasant one. Before I drove off the lot, Mark spent an hour with me in the car teaching me how to use the technology that would otherwise have been overwhelming to figure out on my own! Less than a week later he called me to make sure everything was going as I had expected. He also encouraged me in the next few weeks to make an appointment to come in for another hour of instruction and answer any questions that have come up for me. The whole experience was nothing less than delightful and I hope that next time I'm ready to buy another new car that Mark will still be working there! I will absolutely reccomend him to friends and family! More
You don't know how good customer service really is until you had a bad experience. I drove an hour out of my way and found that there still is customer service alive and well and it's at Lynnwood Honda. V you had a bad experience. I recently was looking to purchase a used Honda Element. After seeing a particular car on the internet I went in to Honda Lynnwood to take a look at it. The staff were never overly pushy and really left us alone to make our own minds up about the car whilst providing us a comfortable environment in which to do so. I would like to mention the exemplary service that Lawrence Chamalbide gave us. It was obvious very quickly that he was a genuinely nice guy, who didn’t once try to rush us. Perhaps the best part was he didn’t try to pretend that he knew more than he did, but then went to great lengths to find answers to all our questions. I would highly recommend that you particularly look out for him at the dealership, he's the kind of guy you can imagine having a beer with! Overall, I would highly recommend this dealership and the quality of their cars. More
Their motto is "Experience the Difference" and they lived up to this. I bought a certified used vehicle and went back later with an issue about the tire depth being too low. Came in to purchase 2011 CRV EX-L AWD. Mike was easy to work with and made the buying experience smooth. I told them I wanted the Edmunds TMV pricing and Mike pulled it up on his computer and they agreed work with and made the buying experience smooth. I went in to the Lynwood Honda dealership October 19, I went in to the Lynwood Honda dealership October 19, 2011, to discuss a warranty issue which involved past service by this Honda dealer and another I went in to the Lynwood Honda dealership October 19, 2011, to discuss a warranty issue which involved past service by this Honda dealer and another Honda dealer. The first Honda dealer was Renton Honda with the last date of work on February 18, 2008. I made an appointment with John Royce, Service Manager. Lynwood Honda. The issue I was addressing was brought to my attention by Bret's Independent which performed the 60,000 mile inspection/tun-up for me. At this time Bret's Independent gave me a 2007 Honda service bulletin referencing a problem with my car type's transmission, a 2003 Honda Civic hybrid. Both Renton and Lynwood Honda failed to follow the bulletin or inform me that one had been issued. The issue was a judder like jerking while driving in the middle gears. This could have been fixed under warranty if either of the dealers had done what should have been done. I went to Lynwood Honda October 25, 2011. My complaint is that John Royce was gruff with me when I talked to him about the issue at the first meeting and even more gruff and rude to me at the next meeting when, while making an attempt to mollify me by changing the transmission fluid without charge and then denying his mechanic had actually found the judder. Even that was not supposed to happen. It was supposed to be a check and then talk before we decided what to do. He went ahead with the fluid change without my permission. He had attempted to have the front guys talk to me and deny me any warranty follow-up. I had to insist that he talk to me about the latest development. His statement that he had put his reputation on the line by calling the district Honda representative rings hallow. How is a reputation involved when he is only telling the representative the facts of my case? He was rude to the point of raising his voice as I insisted the years of recorded work indicating a judder were more true than the one time they checked today. He ended the meeting by standing up, glaring down at me with my keys in his extended hand. I even had to go back in and get my paperwork after I realized he hadn't given it to me. The whole time I was made to feel like the car owner who the dealership doesn't want to honor its, Honda's, word. They were the last Honda dealership to not follow the service bulletin, or inform me of its existence so that I could follow-up and have the work done under warranty. I feel that John was only trying to make it so that I could not follow-up and continue my claim for warranty work. I was disrespected, misinformed, rudely treated, and dismissed. More

I recently purchased a used Accord from Shawn Pope for my daughter in college. I ran into him the week prior to the actual purchase out in the lot and we instantly connected. Shawn helped my wife and me to pick just the right car for our daughter, as we had come to see other cars on the lot. He was also very professional throughout the purchase understanding my budget and making the final sale a most pleasurable and rewarding experience. A week went by and the transmission started slipping. I called the dealership and made arrangements to service it. I ran into Shawn again while dropping off the car and he reassured me once again that he would take care of me. You know, he really meant it and so did the entire staff. Now I know why he is one of the top salesmen at Lynnwood Honda. He made everything come out incredibly fantastic! Thank you once again Shawn and the entire Lynnwood Honda team - you truly epitomize the meaning of incredibly GREAT customer service and once again my next purchase will be at your delightful dealership.
