Dealing with Mark Baker was a pleasure. He did not presure us, was very knowledgeable and informative and clearly wanted us to make a good decision when be bought our new 2012 Pilot last week.. Mark also took many pictures of the car for us documenting the process of installing the trailer witring harness (an option) which are very interesting since it involved a great deal of dissasembly and reassembly of body interior trim and has quite a few components. I was in the market for a Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander. I worked with Mike to look at my options for a Pilot, and then drove to another dealer to look at Highlanders ... where I was basically Highlander. Joe is the best car salesman I have worked with thus far. I originally bought a car from him at 18 and he got me a fabulous interest rate and deal.
