During the walkaround o I recently purchased a pre-owned Mazda CX9 from D at Lynnwood Honda. D and the entire staff were courteous and very helpful. During the walkaround of the vehicle we identified a small dent in the plastic of the front bumper, after pointing it out the dealership committed to fixing it and it was corrected within the hour. I felt very little pressure to "buy" and actually left to test drive another vehicle on the day I purchased the Mazda. Overall I had a great experience and would buy again from Lynnwood Honda. More

New Civic, Bartered for a good deal I went to Lynnwood Honda with a friend to purchase a new car after an accident and was pleased by the overall experience. I went in for an oil change and left with a brand new 2014 Accord. Rich red color and drives like a dream. I think it's my favorite Honda yet and I've been driving Hondas since 1983 with most of them bought at Lynnwood Honda. Shopping at Lynnwood Honda with Ric to make it so easy makes car shopping an easy and enjoyable experience and that's not a typical description of car shopping! Each person I work with at Lynnwood Honda is friendly, professional and helpful. My daughter just bought a Honda from Ric at Lynnwood and she's happy, too. Go buy a car! It's easy. Excellent Customer Service Last month, I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV at Lynnwood Honda. Tracy was the sales associate who helped me with buying the car. Not only that, she went above and beyond what was asked of her. She even stayed until after closing to make sure I was comfortable with all the features of my new car. She even showed me how to work the new settings of the car including connecting to my smartphone. She was extremely patient with me since I am not technically savy. I didn't feel rushed but was able to take all the time I needed in both buying my new car and handling all the new bells and whistles the car came with considering my last Honda CRV was 16 years old. If people ask for recommendations with servicing my Honda or buying one, I always recommend Lynnwood Honda. More

I had called around to several dealers to get the best price on a new Honda Ridgeline; however, many of the dealers tried to add in extra fees or make I had called around to several dealers to get the best price on a new Honda Ridgeline; however, many of the dealers tried to add in extra fees or make up reasons why the price was higher than I knew it needed to be. When I spoke with "D" he immediately cut to the chase and gave me the lowest price of all the dealers I had spoken to. He wasn't playing games or using manipulative tactics. He was very friendly, well informed about the different Ridgeline models, very responsive to my requests (he would call or e-mail me back with answers within 10-20 minutes), and seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the right vehicle to meet my needs and in getting me the best deal he could offer. I highly recommend 'D' to anyone who is looking for a positive car-buying experience! More
The Honda experience, good but needs improvement. I would like to say this is the 2nd Honda I have gotten from Lynnwood Honda. My first was a 2006 Honda Pilot. I live in Marysville, WA and decided to I would like to say this is the 2nd Honda I have gotten from Lynnwood Honda. My first was a 2006 Honda Pilot. I live in Marysville, WA and decided to give the brand new Honda Dealership in Marysville WA the first chance despite negative experiences from my friends. All in all they were right. I was their for over 8 hours and left with no car. They did go over everything about the car including pairing my phone with the car. ( I got the same experience from Toyota). But its very clear they have a long way to go. I will not recommend that dealership to no one including my dog. At Lynnwood Honda had had spoken with "D" weeks before I got the honda accord their. He was very friendly and straight forward. The price of the car was right, just a little bit of negotiation with the trade. Their first offer of 300 was insulting! They would have been better of saying nothing. A wrecking will you give more than that for a running car. Anyhow I was happy with the sales part. Notice their was no part on "D" showing any bit about the inside or special features as Honda of Marysville did so well on. Now I will say this the car was washed and had a full tank. That's my expectation with a new car. The finance part gets more interesting. At the point they were in a hurry. "D" had to leave before 4pm and it was 3:50 pm. I told "D" I would go to the bank to get the deposit and lunch. My brother had accompanied me through this whole experience. "D" said don't worry about it the finance guy is ready for you. I filled out the paper work and my brother and I left the dealership. 12 minutes later the finance gentleman ( i forgot his name) said we need to pay the down payment of 2500 dollars. How do you let someone leave with no down payment? RED FLAG! I gave him the benefit of the doubt. So we came back to the dealership. I explained i don't think my credit/ debit card would work because of the high amount, that's why i wanted to go to the bank, because i wanted to have cash on hand. LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. He said it should work. Even they lady at the desk said it most likely not to work. LISTEN TO YOUR OWN CO-WORKER AT THE DEALERSHIP! Anyhow he ran my credit card and it didn't work for my debit or credit cards. People have protection on their cards for a reason. My bank has that way to protect me.Because they want my business and they are seeking my best interest. I guess Lynnwood Honda doesn't care about that. Fortunately my brother had his credit cards, and even his didn't work on the first time on a card with no balance.He second card worked. Otherwise i would have to leave and make another trip back to the dealership. This IS SLOPPY BUSINESS! IT'S 2014, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER. This was a waste of our time. MY TIME IS MONEY, who is going to reimburse me for that! Oh by the way "D" was still their helping another customer. I call it like I see it. Next customer. I normally buy Toyota's because, one man named Hung Pham is the best on the Planet Period! But he changed his career and no longer works for Toyota. He teach this dealership how its done! Because I think no one their has it down. Their is a reason why i bought 2 Toyota cars after the Honda Pilot. He really cared about my experience. He called me days after i bought my Toyota's, and the months and then on my Birthday to ensure my product was working well. Not a text, not an email, but a Human Voice. Please learn from that. That's how you win customers! That's why they come back. I did receive a phone call from some survey team, (Not affiliated with the dealership) I voiced my concerns. I will call the General Manager also to ensure he knows what is going on. More

Asked me questions to determine my needs, timing and what vehicle would be the best fit for me. Loyal to the accord we reviewed models. For the features and benefits I decided on the Accord Sport. Partnering with his sales manager I was given a price. I felt the price was fair but I wanted to trade in my vehicle. Talking with the team we agreed on a great trade in value for my vehicle expeditng the process. Doing my homework in advance and as we were making the deal I discovered that Lynnwood Honda's price was the best price in the market. Just as important was working with Rick made me feel valued. Upon delivery of the vehicle he took me through the car showing me all the great features it had. I think he was just as excited as I was to show all the tech options.
