I guess it had to be done but I was mad about the situation . I very much appreciated Mike Adam’s he was great to.work with. I just don’t know if your technicians have the ability to diagnose problem situation . I very much appreciated Mike Adam’s he was great to.work with. I just don’t know if your technicians have the ability to diagnose problems or if they install parts until it works. The first estimate I got was for $477 and the final bill was $1426. Mike had been in touch and had kept me informed about it but it was still upsetting. I had been talking with Joel Cessa about a new Colorado I had planned on purchasing one but I decided against it after all those problems. More

I'm not happy as I have never paid that much for a battery. That's high way robbery. $344. I could have gotten one from Costco for half of what you charged me and then $60 to install the battery. I could have done and have done myself in the past. I have been a loyal customer since purchasing the truck and this is how you treat your customers. I will take it elsewhere in the future for service. You just lost a customer. I have purchased many vehicle in my 60 yrs of driving but never again from Lynn Layton. I will not even recommend as I work for the Dept of Justice. And have been ask many times where I got my truck. Thanks for your loyal customer service Kevin More
