My boyfriend and I dropped his truck off at the dealership on the 5th of August. We knew what the issues were, we just wanted to know how much it would be to fix it. They told us it would be 24 to dealership on the 5th of August. We knew what the issues were, we just wanted to know how much it would be to fix it. They told us it would be 24 to 48 hours and they would give us a call. I had to call to get an update, and even after the 48hr mark they still had absolutely nothing to tell me except for the fact that the advisor on my ticket was on vacation and it would be the following Monday before I could get any further information.(and when i called either no one answered or i was transferred to someone else with no answer) Luckily, we don’t live far from each other so he had a way to get to work and back, but Lynn Layton was very inconsiderate of the fact that he might not have had any other source of transportation. Finally, I got a call and an update from Joseph Finch. Joesph was lovely and called me constantly to keep me updated. As for Lynn Layton as a whole, I will never bring never bring another vehicle here. The inconsideration and lack of communication were very irritating. I work at a dealership myself and completely understand the chaos of the environment, but there could’ve been a lot more communication. More

I purchased some accessories for my 2026 Silverado HD from the Chevrolet website and they were delivered to Lynn Layton Chevrolet and they installed them for me. They did a great job and they done it in from the Chevrolet website and they were delivered to Lynn Layton Chevrolet and they installed them for me. They did a great job and they done it in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any other service needs. More
