After agreeing on the final price of the 2021 Toyota Hybrid Camry via text message, the price was not honored and compelled/penalize me to pay $1000 more. After the final price was agreed via text, a $1000 deposit was made against the vehicle. The car is was not available as promised and had to travel 100 miles to pickup their loaner car for couple of days. They took extra money beyond the final price. I am not happy at all about the dishonest dealing. Eric tried to tell his manager that the final price was agreed and the deposit was accepted. The final price per the text message was $27200 but they took additional $1000 for the car. This is unethical and no one should be exposed to this type of dealing. This is my second new car from Dyad/Lynch Toyota. More
