Faster than purchasing a cell phone!!!! I also appreciated the fact that Lynch had a 3 month 3k mile warranty and their used cars. I don't know if I got the best deal or not. But I am confident I did not get ripped off. Jay was great with tolerating my buying style and is current with the online environment . Worth the trip from El Paso, TX After an extensive search in the El Paso, TX area we decided to expand our search for the truck we wanted. We found exactly what we were looking for at Lynch Toyota of Auburn. The salesman, Jay H., called me promptly after my e-mail inquiry. Immediately he made us feel comfortable with the process of making this long distance purchase. The internet pricing was VERY competitive and totally made it worth flying out to pick up the truck. My husband was able to get on a flight the very next morning into Atlanta and the driver from Lynch Toyota was at the airport to pick him up when he landed. The driver was great and my husband enjoyed riding with him back to Auburn. When he got there the truck we were purchasing was under the awning waiting for him and was exactly what we thought it would be based on the pictures and conversations we had with Jay. After a crash course on how to use all of the new technology in the truck and a little fun with the awesome sales staff my husband is on his way back to El Paso and couldn't be happier. We had more stressful experiences just walking around dealerships here than we did buying a truck 1200 miles away. Bought a 2011 Tacoma. Price was reasonable. Poor, poor preparation. They had the vehicle we wanted to trade for 2 days and were over $2500 off on trade value as they 'forgot' the vehicle had on board GPS. Have dealer out of FL that will buy the ve to trade for 2 days and were over $2500 off on trade value as they 'forgot' the vehicle had on board GPS. Have dealer out of FL that will buy the vehicle for 3500 more outright than they offered on trade. Before this is over, I may build them a website called www.dontgetanewonerippedatlynchtoyotaofauburn.com. Would probably opt to buy a bicycle or walk to work before dealing with Lynch. More

This dealer had the best pricing in my area. I sent in my interest form and Jay was my contact. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and did everything in his power to make this process as e my interest form and Jay was my contact. He simply provided me with all the information, answered all my questions and was available in case I needed further information. When dealing with warranties, it can be a hassle but he explained everything to me to help me be able to make the best decision. Although this is his job, he looked out for my interest as well. He kept the communication simply and to the point. He laid everything out and all I had to do was make a decision. Jay is an asset for Lynch and he was put on my path for a reason.
