My Experience I visited Lynch Toyota on 06/15/2017. While looking over the lot, salesman Ken Russaw introduced himself. While speaking to him on my interests, it be I visited Lynch Toyota on 06/15/2017. While looking over the lot, salesman Ken Russaw introduced himself. While speaking to him on my interests, it began to rain very heavily. I was in shorts and shirt and was not bothered and Ken stood right with me in his nice clothes. We gathered under a nearby tree to avoid the rain. He asked all the right questions, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY , he LISTENED. During the time we spent in his office area, Ken was efficient and what I really appreciated was his "transparancy". The way he handled the whole transaction let me know that he was an advocate for me, the customer. Thank you for the great experience, both with finance, sales and service. I was even given a tour of the service department and introduced to service manager. Ken made sure that all details were handled, making it my best trade yet! Poor Service The service department told me "we just have so many cars in for service we can't keep up with them all"..WHAT? We have had parts ordered since Februa The service department told me "we just have so many cars in for service we can't keep up with them all"..WHAT? We have had parts ordered since February 10th...still not fixed. No communication between the service people. They have had out car since yesterday am and just called today and told us they ordered the wrong part. Wow! More
