2016 Ford F-150 Limited I was using the Web to searching Custom 2016 F-150 Limited. And pulled one of the search engines pulled up Lux Motors website and I submitted for fur I was using the Web to searching Custom 2016 F-150 Limited. I received a phone call from Bill asking if I had questions or what kind of information I was looking. I explaining my sitiutation that I recently total my 2013 F-150 Limited, which I had invested quite a bit of time and money into for the custom look. To start off there were 100 pictures available of this vehicle from their webpage. Not saying I needed to look at 100 pictures, but before the purchase I probably looked at each one of them. It was good to have the detailed pictures, rather than 15 or 20 distant pictures. When we spoke on the phone he discussed the price, I asked if there is any way of moving it, and respectfually responded no. Which I appreciated the honesty. And due to the fact that they were a little over budget and it was alot of custom work on 2016 with 21,000 miles, and it was worth the asking price. I asked Bill to run my financials, did not quailify so I walked away. I then search everywhere else to find a match or a little less to what lux motors was asking for 2016 with custom work. I had no luck even finding the mileage or the custom upgrades. About a month later I called back to speak with Bill, which I only received one phone call from Bill asking if i was able to resolve the finanical issue so we could re-run the numbers. Which really apprecaited greatly after reaching out to some other dealer onlihe. Which I will say on average 1 phone 1 text and an email each day letting me know the price dropped or someone was getting ready to buy if I didn't act now. So a week pasted after Bill called to ask about financing question, and call back into Bill. Cause I had taken care of the finance issue that was holding me up the approval process. So I asked Bill if he would re-run the the numbers, which turned out to be about 100 times and 20 different ways. We were able to reach a number and financing that we could both agree upuon and I was able get the replacement vehicle that I had spent so much time on. And after driving off was kind of glad that I totalled my other truck. I never write reviews for anything, and if I did it would't be this xxxx long. But Lux motors was honest, patient, and willing to work with me in whatever means necessary to ensure that I got the vehicle I wanted Withouth pushing, threatening, or unneccsary calling every 5 minutes. So my experience with Lux Motors was like a partnership to getting me the vehicle I was looking for. Thanks you Bill and Russell. More
