I bought as SUV in October 2024 and gave this dealership 5 stars. The salesperson Phil was very nice but of course that was to sell the car. I saw the right-side quarter panel was buckled; he said no probl 5 stars. The salesperson Phil was very nice but of course that was to sell the car. I saw the right-side quarter panel was buckled; he said no problem we will fix that. When I test drove the car Phil rode with me; I eventually found out why. The shield that comes out when you close the sunroof didn't work; I'm assuming he didn't want me to test that out; my fault. Their employee finally fixed the sunroof where it would close but not the cloth visor was dirty and torn. I was told by the general manager that that was not their responsibility; keep in mind I had already bought the car!! After numerous calls to get the quarter panel fixed and sunroof visor fixed, I was given a phone# to their body man who has yet to call me back after months of calling. I was told that this car just came in and they didn't have time to inspect it, that's all they had to say, I would have waited!! My mom was going to replace/buy her Porsche but now she definitely won't. More

I do not recommend this dealer. We had to do our paperwork twice in a 1 week period because they messed it up. Then when working with our lender we were told that the “mandatory” ex We had to do our paperwork twice in a 1 week period because they messed it up. Then when working with our lender we were told that the “mandatory” extended warranty that the dealer told us we had to purchase was not in-fact mandatory. They made it very difficult at this point and would not correct this with the lender without completing paper work for a 3rd time. More
