Both my wife and I had an OUTSTANDING experience with the car shopping at Luther VW in Rochester. Our sales person Rebecca (Becky) was professional and great to work with, not once did we feel pressure to ma car shopping at Luther VW in Rochester. Our sales person Rebecca (Becky) was professional and great to work with, not once did we feel pressure to make a purchase. She was also very knowledgeable about the new ID.4 that we came in to look. If she did not know she would find the answer(we love the honesty). Rebecca and the staff at Luther VW where a big part as why we chose to buy the ID.4 that day. We would recommend going to seeing Luther VW in Rochester for your car buying needs. More

Updated review Less than 10 days after signing the deal . I had to go back 2 times for incomplete documentation. The car had a minor damage likely at the time of shipping I had to make multiple calls visit . I had to go back 2 times for incomplete documentation. The car had a minor damage likely at the time of shipping I had to make multiple calls visits to get updates on the promised parts , finally I was just informed that the plates on the car were the wrong one and I need to bring the car to put the new plates on …. I know this dealership has some good reviews .. I wish our experience was better .. but so far things have been very disappointing. More
Sales and finance were helpful and good. Went to drive away in my car and it turned out service hadn’t even inspected it. They had the car a week with no communication despite my inquiries. To this day, not sure what they did. Your VW service department is awful. I won’t be back. More

Initial valuations for trade-in are systematically low. Communication is sluggish specially email based one. As someone who had many VW Cars there was no loyalty incentives offered or discussesd. They are part of the costco auto program but very resistant to sharing or even discussing costco pricing... Not sure why. The good; New dealership building is nice and clean. The service department is excellent and very customer oriented, it is actually the best part of this dealership. More
