Paul said he couldn't do anything for us but things improved when we asked to see the GM. Brad brought a remedy to our problem. We didn't get exactly what we were hoping for on compensation for our pro improved when we asked to see the GM. Brad brought a remedy to our problem. We didn't get exactly what we were hoping for on compensation for our problem but we aren't in a loaner for the next 8 months. I'd give this whole interaction 5 stars and recommend this dealership to everyone if they would have included the platinum extended warranty for our problems. But that was never discussed as an option. If they truly believed in their product they would've included the extended warranty after the problems we experienced with our last vehicle. More
