Nicole helped us to find the model and trim level that we could not locate elsewhere given recent supply chain issues. We nearly gave up on purchasing a vehicle altogether, but we were pleasantly surprised could not locate elsewhere given recent supply chain issues. Nicole was awesome. She was extremely helpful, kept us updated on the delivery status of our new X5 and had everything ready to go when we arrived at the dealership.
