Bought 2011 dodge Durango, a week later head light went out. Took it in for servicing, they claimed to have fixed the issue, 2 days later it went out again and brakes were squeaking extremely bad and asked out. Took it back repeated the same the thing 4 times! Then the check engine light came on and the solved that issue which was great and very minor apparently (fuel cap). They finally got that fixed, and never changed the brakes. 2 days later the entire bumper fell off my vehicle and was told it couldn’t be brought in until 3 days later I managed to stick the bumper back on so that I can still get around. Then the battery light came on and everything with electrical power started going haywire and the vehicle completely died while in traffic with my 5 yr old daughter and 1 yr old son in the car while raining outside. Find out the alternator went bad, let’s keep in mind, they had my vehicle in service longer than I’ve been actually able to drive it since I purchased it. Then was told I would have to pay for the alternator because the warranty I purchased with vehicle had “just expired”. I refused and they fronted the bill which was nice however was told any other repairs would be on me…. I’ve had the car back for about two now and it seems to be running fine. HOWEVER, brakes started squeaking even worst! I decided to buy brake pads and change the brakes myself (NO MORE SQUEAKING). AND DISCOVERED, the alternator went out because when the bumper fell off, the wheel well cover on the passenger side came off with it exposing the alternator directly to anything that would roll off the tires including WATER. So with that, I would not recommend servicing nor buying any vehicle from them unless it’s new or used VW. WHEN THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE REPAIRED THE BUMPER, there’s no way the wheel well cover being missing should have been missed or ignored. Potentially causing the newer alternator to be damaged as well. Very disappointed. Very friendly people overall. But the service of repair was very frustrating and basically the only thing they repaired was the headlight issue. After being told to replace my brakes, “your brakes looks good, they don’t need to be replaced”, is what I was told by them, when indeed I did need to change them because the squeaking got way worse and then discovering I’m now gonna have to find a way to get the wheel well cover repaired doesn’t sit well with me considering it should have been taken care of while under warranty. And now I just don’t wanna deal with them at all at this point. When a customer asks for something to be replaced, repaired, or whatever, DO IT. I paid for a warranty that expired due to incompetence. Had they fixed the headlight correctly the first time, I would had been able to drive the vehicle sooner to discover any other potential defects instead of finally getting a vehicle back in working order AFTER the warranty expires and find these costly issues. Now I have to figure out a way to repair myself because I can’t afford to pay a shop at this point. This all happened between 2/2/23 (date of purchase) until 5/2 or so. They spent about a month accumulated telling me the headlight was fixed only for it to keep going out every 2days after I’ve picked the vehicle back up from them. More

I always feel very well looked after whenever I bring my car in for service. Nicholas Palmquist did an exceptional job of managing the tickets for my car and kept me very well informed as progress was mad car in for service.
