I called to schedule my appointment to replace a small plastic piece. I arrived at the appointment, waited an hour, and was told the part is not in stock. I scheduled an appointment and was told it could take up to two hours, which makes me wonder why I need an appointment to replace a a piece of plastic that is smaller than a coaster. Sensing my frustration on this second visit, I was then informed the cost would be $170. I declined and left. Why was I allowed to make an appointment to replace a part when the part is not available? I was surprised the part was not covered by a warranty and was not told I would have to pay until the second visit. I found the consultant Cy to be smug. He cared little about my personal time, and instead showed me files of other cars that need to be serviced. More
