I bought my care from Luther Brookdale Honda about 3 months ago. Jamie Anderson was the sales lady that helped me out. I was working with her about a week before I went with the car I ended up choosing months ago. Jamie Anderson was the sales lady that helped me out. I was working with her about a week before I went with the car I ended up choosing and she found exactly what I was looking for in a car along with all the luxuries I expected. Also I gave her the amount I was willing to spend on a car and it was within that range. I worked with Adam on my extended warranty and he was very professional but could have been a little more approachable. Overall my experience was great and I still love my car. More
I was working with a salesperson named Michelle and was ready to purchase a Honda CRV and was working with her on prices. She quoted me a price and I wanted to negotiate a price based on research that I h ready to purchase a Honda CRV and was working with her on prices. She quoted me a price and I wanted to negotiate a price based on research that I had done. She stated that was her best price, which at that time I asked if she could check with the sales manager. The sales manager Tom Groves came over and was very rudely stated that was the best price that he could give me. Tom was very rude and loud and he said go ahead and check other dealers and see if you can find something better someplace else. I was a bit appalled at his comment. It made me feel like they could care less if I purchased a vehicle or not from them and that they were doing me a favor just by talking to me. I stated that I would check prices at other dealerships and that I just did not want to be taken advantage of with pricing based on my research. At this time Tom Grove shouted and I mean literally shouted “Are you calling me a Crook”. He said it so loud that an older couple working with another salesperson turned around to look and see what was going on. Now I was completely mortified by my whole experience and stated to Tom Groves I never called you a crook and it was time that I left. As I was walking out the salesperson Michelle whispered a nasty comment to me. I have never been treated so poorly and was shocked that people at the Car dealership would act this way. You could not pay me to go to this dealership. It was the worst experience of my life. More
I bought my HONDA CRV 2005 from Brookdale Honda and been servicing it exclusively at the same dealership since. At my last service appointment at 7:00am on Dec 21st, 2011,a great disservice was done to me. servicing it exclusively at the same dealership since. At my last service appointment at 7:00am on Dec 21st, 2011,a great disservice was done to me. The service included a rear brake replacement due to which I availed of a compact car rental. When the rental car was brought out to me it was covered completely in frost. The technician (Chris) who handed over the key had to be prompted to log the fuel level and mileage and he didn't conduct me around for an inspection of the car. The car was still covered in frost including all the windows except for a small region of the windshield which had been scraped. He turned the heat full on, obtained my signature at my prompt and handed me the keys. Since I've been occasionally renting car from Brookdale Honda it never occurred to me I was being led into a trap. Because of frost the body of the car was invisible and I trustingly signed the rental papers. It was a working day for me as well. I drove home, parked my car in my closed garage. I was shocked when your service personnel told me the car was damaged during the time I was in possession of the car.He said there was a deep scratch on the bottom of the rear passenger side door. I strongly and vehemently denied that it happened on my watch but the manger Jay Hanf together with Chris was adamant that it was my fault. They also insisted that my insurance would take care of it and that I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. This has caused not only a potential increase in my insurance premium but also my trust in Brookdale Honda. More
I initially called Brookdale Honda's service to have my vehicle towed in. My wife and I were stuck at the mall. I spoke with Reed and he told me it sound like a dead battery. He offered to come jump start vehicle towed in. My wife and I were stuck at the mall. I spoke with Reed and he told me it sound like a dead battery. He offered to come jump start us for free. When he showed up, he confirmed it was just the battery and got us started. He then had us follow him back to the dealership and not only tested our battery, but also washed our pilot all for free! My wife and I were very relieved and happy with the help and service! We will most defiantly be back! More
Rating could have been better if I would have had more than 1 gallon of gas in the tank when I left the dealership. My first stop with my vehicle - the gas station. Also found a significant dent/scratch than 1 gallon of gas in the tank when I left the dealership. My first stop with my vehicle - the gas station. Also found a significant dent/scratch with rust above the passenger side door. They refused to fix it. Yes, I should have noticed it while at the dealer, but did not. I know it is "used" but this was something that was very noticeable to me. The General Manager apologized about the gas and even sent me a Luther gift card. After talking to him, I felt a little better about my experience and may go back in the future. More
I would recommend Luther Brookdale Honda because they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars they had in stock. I was also very impressed by the selection of used cars they had. A SUPER experience is what I had at Luther Brookdale Honda because of my great sales person, Kevin Fraley. He spent lots of time with me and answered all my questions.
