My experience at this dealership was great. The only sour note was Manager Alex saying I couldn't put a deposit down if I wasn't 100% (I was asking to take it to my mechanic for an inspection.)- if you trust your mechanics at Brookdale Honda and the inspection process, then my mechanic will come back with approval and I'll be buying the car. Which is exactly what happened, but if felt unnecessarily stressful. More

The only and I mean ONLY draw back was asking the dealer to replace the rear drivers side tail light as it leaks water inside of it so when you lift the tail gate water runs out of the light through the bottom of the trail gate. A suggestion was made to drill a small hole in the bottom of the light but that still won't keep water from filling up inside the light. Also I shouldn't have to drill a hole into a $26,000 vehicle in which i paid asking price. Just wanted it replaced but upper management wouldn't. I found that disappointing to say the least considering the price I paid. And to replace the light was under a $100. More
