A large, clean Honda dealership. Went to purchase a new car for our daughters and had a disappointing experience, even though I’ve purchased two other new Hondas from this dealership Went to purchase a new car for our daughters and had a disappointing experience, even though I’ve purchased two other new Hondas from this dealership. Sales person was rude/condescending. I put money down on a Friday evening and made an appointment to come back on Saturday at 2 PM so that I wouldn’t make the sales staff stay late on a Friday, but when I got there, no one was ready to help me and I had to wait over two hours before someone was ready to do the paperwork for us on a cash deal. The brand new Honda had some type of dirt/mud on the underside of all four doors, and when I asked for that to be cleaned off the sales person was very irritated. So many more examples that I could give from that day. Ugh. Wanted the car buying experience for our 18 year olds to be a good one and this was not a good example of that due to the sales person.
