Our salesperson, Anthony Massihi was AWESOME - best experience we ever had with a car dealer (we bought 2 new vehicles from him in as many days)! Scott the Sales Mgr is another story, he made a $3000 experience we ever had with a car dealer (we bought 2 new vehicles from him in as many days)! Scott the Sales Mgr is another story, he made a $3000 mistake on our paperwork which we based our purchase decision on and when we called him out on it, he made jokes about it claiming he has to work with a lot of numbers and this can happen - he laughed about it and did not seem sincere at all (gave us the feeling he does this all the time in order to make the sale). If not for the good experience with Anthony, we would have walked away. I suggest if you have to deal with Scott, RUN away as fast as you can - he only cares about himself and takes no responsibility for his actions!!! More
