Went in for an oil change. Waited over 2 hours because they wanted to get the parts for the brake pads without notifying or confirming if I wanted to go thru with that. Finally got my car back 2 1/2 hours they wanted to get the parts for the brake pads without notifying or confirming if I wanted to go thru with that. Finally got my car back 2 1/2 hours later and did not get my car wash as promised! And also my VIN wasn’t even correctly entered in the system!!! More
