Unfortunately the outstanding service from this shop has expired after 3 consecutive visits of unorganized advisors & technicians. End of June changed oil & multi-point inspection was “good” across all area expired after 3 consecutive visits of unorganized advisors & technicians. End of June changed oil & multi-point inspection was “good” across all areas, with one note about needing to replace oil gasket cover. I set up a follow-up appointment to change that at which time they also suggested spark plugs. I was ok spending $300 to make a minor update. Within 20 miles of driving after being serviced a $90 purge valve went out. Brought the car in and the multipoint inspection found $2k wrong with the car!! In a matter of two weeks from “good” to “bad” inspection. The first inspector didn’t see suspension issues among other things. I left a voicemail for my advisor first thing in the morning to only replace purge valve ($90) but advisor was out of office with no notification or back up. Previous advisor did not respond to my voicemail. Service ladies sent urgent email. No responses until 12pm and car already serviced at $1k. The agreed terms were also not honored in the bill. I’ve contacted shop to resolve and no response. Paid over $2k in 2 weeks for an old ‘07 worth $4k More
Last week I took a 1400 mile one way road trip pulling a trailer on I90 to elevations of upto 6300ft through the mountain canyons - no issues w/the vehicle/tires at all!!. There were numerous "NO SERVICE" trailer on I90 to elevations of upto 6300ft through the mountain canyons - no issues w/the vehicle/tires at all!!. There were numerous "NO SERVICE" places that I passed that I couldn't have gotten a tow truck or garage to fix my car had it broken down. I could not have done this trip safely without following the recommended service by your service technicians over the years that this Honda dealership staff had requested. It is reassuring to know that when I bring in my car to be serviced, I am dealing with knowledgeable and experieced staff. More
