I'm pretty upset with this dealership right now. I went to file a claim with assurant (basically a tire insurance that I purchased through the dealership when I bought the vehicle) & the website tol I went to file a claim with assurant (basically a tire insurance that I purchased through the dealership when I bought the vehicle) & the website told me I have to contact dealership first to make sure that's not under warranty. I tried to call the dealership- the first guy tried to transfer me & hung up, then I got the same guy again & he transferred me to service- who said that's not who I'm supposed to talk to so she transferred me to finance- where the phone rang 50 times (not even kidding) before someone answered & said they actually didn't even know who I'm supposed to talk to so they took my name & number & said they would have someone contact me. 2 HOURS LATER after I went & had the tire fixed myself, someone finally called. Zero help. Also- When I look up a preferred repair place on Assurant, the nearest place is almost 20 miles away... I wish I would've known this before. I'm really disappointed. More
Our 2022 CRV had less than 15000 miles. Took in for tire rotation and it began to shake. Made an appointment for a Saturday morning and service guy didn’t even look at it. He said that was how it is when the original tires are of such poor quality. Set up another appointment so someone would actually look at the situation. We were assured our problem would be resolved at no cost. They decided to do a minor alignment at a cost to us if $150. The problem still exists. It seems the original tires are soft and of poor quality so the car feels comfortable when driving it off the lot. We are not happy Honda customers any longer. More
