Luther Brookdale Honda

This is my first ‘new’ car. I received reminders of required maintenance, and notices of special pricing. I did not take advantage of the incentives because I wanted to have at least 6,000 miles on m required maintenance, and notices of special pricing. I made an appointment on line for the next day. My first experience with Brookdale Honda was wonderful! Troy met me before I opened the car door. I was expecting to hear I needed all the advertised services for a car in the first year. Instead after the inspection Troy told me an oil change and tire rotation were the only required services. I waited in the comfort of the customer lounge enjoying internet, cable television and a bottle of water. Services were completed well ahead of the time estimated. This was easily my best experience taking a car in for repairs. More
