Well considering that I got an oil change and they brought me back my drain plug my oil plug with the threads from the oil pan in it and they said sorry there's nothing we can do it's not our fault so brought me back my drain plug my oil plug with the threads from the oil pan in it and they said sorry there's nothing we can do it's not our fault somebody put in the wrong drain plug at one of your other oil changes. What how is it my fault I don't even touch my oil messed up customer service now I've got to go to court and take them to small claims court which I will absolutely win I have all the evidence in the world but no to avoid this they won't fix the problem they created! More

Great customer service. I was disappointed, however that I had to go back to the service center the next day for low tire pressure. They took care of airbag recall ok but failed to repair my driveability problem. I brought my Honda in because it was running ruff. They put in a set of spark plugs. New spark plugs did not fix the problem my driveability problem. I brought my Honda in because it was running ruff. They put in a set of spark plugs. New spark plugs did not fix the problem.
