When somebody comes in with a 2019 crv-touring where the battery isn’t big enough to start the car in subzero temps don’t tell them to purchase a battery jumper. I bought the auto in MN and my Kia doesn’t battery isn’t big enough to start the car in subzero temps don’t tell them to purchase a battery jumper. I bought the auto in MN and my Kia doesn’t need to be jumped nor did I buy a jumper for that. Just listen to the customer. These batteries are not adequate. There is a civil lawsuit against Honda for batteries being too small to start cars in cold weather. Also, please do not try and upswell your customers business they do not need. Only work that should be done is what is listed on the warranty. Thanks More

Service was good. However, the price was not. I used a $40 coupon for the oil change, only to find out there would be an additional $20 for taxes, fees, etc. that brought the price to around $60.
