Horrible Service Department - Don't Go My wife went 7-11 for a scheduled 0800 hr appt. to correct the recalled airbags. By 1030 AM the car had not been called. Other customers had been call My wife went 7-11 for a scheduled 0800 hr appt. to correct the recalled airbags. By 1030 AM the car had not been called. Other customers had been called ahead of her without explanation. She could not wait longer and left. 7-18 she returned for a scheduled 0730 hr appt. This time she was told on arrival that they did not have the parts required. No call from Lugoff to reschedule. Again a 1 hour round trip wasted. This dealership is horrible. Who can take time away from work for 2 appointments without the car being worked on once. Ridiculous. Don't go. More
