Wasted 4 hours driving and 2 hours at the dealership I contacted Chris Nimmons by email for a used F150 Lariat that was on their web site. He informed me that it was sold. I told him what equipment I w I contacted Chris Nimmons by email for a used F150 Lariat that was on their web site. He informed me that it was sold. I told him what equipment I wanted and he told me that they had plenty of new F150 XLTs that had options to give me the equipment I wanted. I talked by phone with him twice and sent two emails. I drove 2 hours to buy a truck. During the test drive I asked about one of the features and was told my R Brown that I needed to buy the Lariat for that. They had a 2016 Lariat listed on the website for $43,387. They offered me this one for $48K. I asked about the difference and was told that I was not eligible for $1K of the discounts, plus there was $2500 of dealer options that not included in the web price. So even if you qualified for all the discounts, they would add at least $2500 to the price. I wasted 6 hours of my time and a half tank of gas. I asked to be reimbursed for my gas and Markus Metz offered me $10. I said more like $20 would be fair for the 200 mile trip. At the end of the day, not sure if this was an honest mistake by Chris or a bait and switch to get me in the dealership. Even if I wanted the Lariat, the advertised price was not accurate. Buyer Beware! More

Fantastic customer service The staff here took time (hours and even stayed after hours once we reached an agreement) to meet all of the aspects of the car I ended up purchasing, The staff here took time (hours and even stayed after hours once we reached an agreement) to meet all of the aspects of the car I ended up purchasing, a 2016 Ford Fiesta Hatchback. When we didn't come to angreement on the car I test drove, they drove in a car from Asheville the same day that met all of my requirements rather than get me to settle on the car they had here, which showed how they were willing to work with me as a customer. The warranty on a new car (wasn't planning on buying new, but the car, monthly payments, down payment, and value were comparable to a used car) proved to outweigh the benefits of buying a used car. I can't understate how much time and effort they took to find the right car, payments, and price for me. This is the second car we've bought from this dealership and I will be coming back again. More
