Best car buying experience in my life! I have bought several vehicles in the past 15 years but i have never had such pleasant car buying experience before. Great Service I honestly was not looking to buy when I showed up, but Ms. Watts and Mr. Metz were very pleasant and genuinely nice people to deal with. It was sold by the time I came back to test drive it so I looked around at a few other things. Richard then told me about the great rebates Ford was offering on another model and that nearly sealed the deal right then. Ms. Watts and I took the new F 150 on a test drive where she showed me about all of the new features of the truck and Ford's new Sync system. When I came back, Markus and Richard had the numbers where I needed them to be and I drove away in a brand new F 150 Super Crew XLT for not much more than the used truck that I originally came to see.
