One time, I brought my truck in for an issue. I was not charged because it was a straightforward fix. This means a lot. Something like this builds trust. What was a very cool surprise was the person working on my truck sent me a video of my truck. He went over my truck and what he found. Very cool! I used to do the work myself, but today's vehicles are too much for me. Maintaining my truck is cheaper than buying a new truck or car. More

While I was waiting in the customer lounge, the technician made a video of other concerns he found, which I thought was fantastic. He saw I had a terrible center support bearing, the steering pump was leaking, my brake oil was very dark, and my A/C serpentine belt had some cracks. The technician went beyond what needed to be done. I recommend this dealership to everyone in the Williamsburg, Virginia, area. More
