I bought my car back in 08 less then a year later it broke down cost 1800 to fix. when the the problem was fixed had to pay another 200 to fix a gas sensor and then also replace spark plugs all of this broke down cost 1800 to fix. when the the problem was fixed had to pay another 200 to fix a gas sensor and then also replace spark plugs all of this less then a year of having this car. I went back in to see i I can get a trade in on my car. The dealer at the time said that i needed to keep paying on that one because i needed more credit before I can do a trade in. when I went to another dealer I found out that I actually owed two thousand more then what the car was worth. but low book still tried to sale me on another car. all they wanted to do was sale me on something when I was still paying off my first car. I also found out that my interest rate was ridicules. Specailly sense my father is the signer and I was just the cosigner. Found out that my friend who actually went to the dealership and bought her car and got her payment a hundred less then me a month. When I went in about two months ago I got my final free oil change from them and they again tried to sale me on a car. they guy seemed rude and did not care. told the bank i had no job. when I do. I left very unhappy with his customer service.(its the guy with his desk by the play center)I called back in when I got my tax returns which was a month later. after talking to him over the phone and pulling up our last record of when I came in he still had no clue who i was. said he would input the information I gave him in again and call me back. He of course never did call me back.I am very upset when I have to rethink threw all my expereince with this comapny the car prices are great but when they get you on interest that is ridicules.they told me after so long I can refinance with my car with the bank come to find out i can not refinance with the bank they gave me. So on top of that I was also lied to.I tell all my friends never to shop there. that they lie to you. they are rude. and friendly yeah when they sale you are car but when they can not they are just plan rude and lie. Sense then all my friends and family have shopped elsewhere and are happy. I bought a second car else where. I am happy with my second car more then my first. I have learned a valuable lesson in car shopping More

The salesperson put pressure on us to purchase the car immediately, we were sold a car with a broken radiator, and I got the runaround every time I tried to call Low Book Sales. I mentioned the radiator immediately, we were sold a car with a broken radiator, and I got the runaround every time I tried to call Low Book Sales. I mentioned the radiator after I test-drove the car, and they promised to invest 1700 in repairs, including the radiator. They only put on new tires, a new muffler, and changed the oil. I brought it back because it still smelled like antifreeze and was told there was no problem. I took it to my mechanic and was told the radiator was leaking and needed to be replaced! They are unethical, incompetent, and I will NEVER go back! Do yourself a favor and go ANYwhere else! More
My experience with lowbooksales was frustrating to say the least. Short background Baby on the way car is dying bad credit can put 500 to 1000 down and looking for 2 to 5000 car Sounds like the plac the least. Short background Baby on the way car is dying bad credit can put 500 to 1000 down and looking for 2 to 5000 car Sounds like the place to go? right? Maybe? Check the website, there are plenty of 2k to 5k dollar cars on there right now listed as in stock. I live 20 miles away so probed them quite a bit on the phone making sure i wasn't wasting my time going up there in a car that's already on it's last legs. Their response, we have to sit down with you and we will make something work... ok I go up there.. First time in december 5 minutes later I have to turn around and leave because I haven't been in my job long enough, and to come back next month ok, How hard would that have been to tell me over the phone, considering I told them that over the phone! My dying car has held out for a couple months but has taken a turn for the worse, baby due in a week, I call them again give them all the info same story, what I can put down how much my payments I want, the car I want on their website, I beg them please don't waste my time, I have a dying car, I can't afford to drive 20+ miles each way for nothing They say they will work something out. 5 minutes later after getting there, i'm told I need 2k down and nothing less will work. I don't have a problem with a car dealership not being able to help me What I do have a problem with is the screen that is front of me they showed me already said I needed 2k down before I got there and yet they wasted my time again. No attempt to work with me, no explanation of why I need a 40/50 percent down payment and 300 dollars a month payments on a car from a place that is supposed to specialize in bad credit and on a 5k car, that's some freaky math even when you add tax and title. Two problems. One is why the heck did the lying xxxxxxxx waste my time when I explicitly told them my situation. And Two, on their website they list a number of 2 to 5000 dollar cars.. why in all heaven and earth would I need to put 2k down on a 4k dollar car, nevertheless on a 2k dollar car, If i had 2k which I told them I didn't I would be buying something off classifieds not trying to finance a car! If you're a better position, maybe you will have better luck, but if they are that shady to start. I hate to think what lays further along the process. More
My wife and I came in feeling pretty low after being told by another dealership that there was nothing they could do to help us. We drove home in a new (used) car after 3 hours spent going over the options by another dealership that there was nothing they could do to help us. When I go into a dealership I do not like to be overwhelmed by pressure. I like to relax and look at the cars and then make my decision. Your employees did not push me, they let me take my time and overwhelmed by pressure. I like to relax and look at the cars and then make my decision. Your employees did not push me, they let me take my time and then were there to help me when I needed them. I will gladly recommend Low Book to my friends and family. Thank you for making me feel worthy when other places would not even look at me. More
I came in expecting to be turned down, but I was not turned down and I was treated honestly and fairly. I was treated with respect. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. Benjie tol turned down and I was treated honestly and fairly. I was treated with respect. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I was looking for. Benjie told me the truth and the facts, no hussle. It seems like he genuinely care about us, not making money or getting rid of another car. I will tell ALL my friends and family to shop there from now on. I will be a customer for life. Thank you so very much. More
Our purchase took a week to complete. Our New car broke down on us 3 times within 2 days. It left us stranded 3 times as well. We were at the Lindon dealership and we lived in Ogden. The sales manager, Dan down on us 3 times within 2 days. It left us stranded 3 times as well. We were at the Lindon dealership and we lived in Ogden. The sales manager, Danny, was too busy to answer our calls when we were stranded and concerned. We had to drive back to the dealership 3 different times from Ogden, once in an old car because our New one was broken down. We had to stay overnight in Lindon 2 nights during the week because we could not be helped the same day. When we drove to the dealership because Danny would not take our calls, we had to wait for service for over 30 mins. Once Danny decided to help he presented an ultimatum of taking a car we couldn't afford or being stuck in one that had broken down 3 times. After he offered this choice, he went home without telling us he would no longer be available. This is a brief description, and, in the end we got into a car that was acceptable and met our needs, but the process was not good. I would like to speak to the owner about our experience to make sure that this does not happen to other customers and discuss ways to improve the customers experience. More
Are first dealer was Cody. He was new and didn't really know much about the car he sold us. We bought a 2007 Saturn Vue Hybrid. Danny the manager said it was the only car that would work for us. He told know much about the car he sold us. We bought a 2007 Saturn Vue Hybrid. Danny the manager said it was the only car that would work for us. He told us to only take it around the block and that was it, so we did. We signed the papers and were on are way and about 1 mile away the car died. We had it towed back to Low Book Sales in Lindon. We stayed the night in Lindon because they got the wrong battery. The next morning they put a battery in and sent us on are way. We were almost home when the car died again. They sent it to the Saturn Dealership in Riverdale. They said they fixed it so we went on are way again. We went out with are friends and on the way back to our house it died again. Luckily we were close to home and we coasted home. The next morning it started and we were going to go back to Lindon to sign papers and it died again about three miles away from our house. We had it towed to Lindon. So we took are own car down to Lindon. We stood at the front door for about half an hour before we could get help from Danny. He tried to put us in a car that we couldn't afford or stay with the Saturn. Then he left for home and didn't tell us. So there was no one there to really help us. They gave us a loaner car for the night and we stayed in Lindon again. The next morning we went in and somehow they had more cars to look at. We got a car that were ok with. We worked with a dealer the last two days named Shawn. He was a great dealer. He helped us with everything we needed. I honestly think that Shawn would be a better Manager than Danny. Danny the Manager was cocky and arrogant most the time. I want to talk to the owner about the customer service there so that no one else has to go through what we went through. It took a whole week to get a car from them. More

It mea trying to re-establish credit after filing bankruptcy. The staff were awesome we were never treated like sub-par consumers we were respected. It meant a lot to us. we were in late with a couple of rambunctious kids. They kept the kids entertained and never made us feel unwelcome. We can't say enough about the positive experience we had. Thank you so much More
