I am new to the Salt Lake area. This was the only dealer I had contacted. They were very professional and courteous. I found them through an add on craigslist. From the moment I parked my old car everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. Joe was new and a little nervous but very helpful and eager to make sure I got the car I had come in for. I got nothing but a beat around the bush from your company. I will never ever go back there again. I had the worst experience of my life. Paul in the salt lake store said they had financing through ca company. I will never ever go back there again. I had the worst experience of my life. Paul in the salt lake store said they had financing through capital one at 18 % interest then I said no to high. So I thought about it then came back 4 days later then it jumped to 21% interest through capital one. I asked Paul why did it go up from 18% he said they could only hold that interest rate for 7 days. I told him it's been 4. He came up with some xxxxxxxx excuse well they must have found something they didn't like. Then he goes on and tells me that the bank sent over a guy that specializes in bankruptcies to look at my application. That was a total lie since when do banks send over a guy to a car dealership to review bankruptcies. Just another stall tactic. I know how crap works with car dealership since my neighbor owns one, and that excuse was so pathetic. A few days later I get a letter in the mail from capital one saying they never approved me of a car loan. Paul your finance guy lied through his teeth. He should have said you know we can't get you financed at this time sorry come back another time. Except no I had to keep calling and going over there to see what the deal was. What a waste of my time and money traveling to and from that place. All I can say is NEVER EVER will I recommend Low book sales to anyone at all. Word of mouth and internet travels far. Honest and integrity is the up most important in doing business. I guess the name says it all LOW Book. Sad thing is I went and bought a car the very next day and another dealership and I got better financing through them and I got treated 100% better there and they have a customer for life. I will recommend all my friends family and coworkers to that dealership as long as I live. More
