Thank you so much for working with me! I was in a tough situation and you guys really helped to bail me out! The first visit, I had gotten the same answer that every other place had given me, and that was, situation and you guys really helped to bail me out! The first visit, I had gotten the same answer that every other place had given me, and that was, "We can't really do anything unless you have a larger down payment." I owed about $2000 more than my car was worth, and I was really looking to get into a lower payment. Everywhere I went, it was the same story. I had heard Low Book Sales ads on the radio and there is the Lehi location just down the road from where I live. I stopped out there and spoke with Cole. He was a pleasant man to work with and we had a good conversation. I then spoke with Danny about my situation, and from the information that he had at the time, was sorry to tell me that they couldn't help me at this time. Later that night, David Neilson gave me a call and told me that he might be able to work something out and I went back in. We had a great conversation with David, Danny, and a few other sales consultants. It seemed like everyone there was eager to HELP me out, not just get a commission. It honestly felt like I was pressuring THEM to do business with me! This was by far the BEST experience that I've had at a car dealership! There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever during this transaction and the entire staff was uber friendly! I am looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle with Low Book Sales when the need arises again! Thanks guys! More
the service was good but i was very disapointed when we drove the car home and they didnt fill it up. it only had half a tank of gas in it. Poor jugdment on their part to not do their job correctly. The vehicle was way over-priced!! The $899 we paid just for Low Book Sales to sell us the car and credit check was outrageous! We have already paid for that by paying way more for the vehicle than it was for Low Book Sales to sell us the car and credit check was outrageous! We have already paid for that by paying way more for the vehicle than it was purchased for plus the down payment. You profited several times from one sale. Then to take advantage of 2 disabled people even more with a back breaking 30% interest is incomprehensible! Yes, we have low credit because of medical bills but we had to have a vehicle to get my wheelchair and I around to doctors, hospital, etc... Well, I hope you all sleep well knowing you took advantage of people in our situation!! Makes you feel like big business men? I pray your family will never have to suffer at the hands of someone like you. More
My experience with the people was amazing but the car I got is a piece of crap and has given me nothing but problems since I got it. I am single and I don't have alot of money and need a reliable car so I got is a piece of crap and has given me nothing but problems since I got it. all i can say is, this lindon store have gone all they way in being very helpfull, i cannot expresse the gratitude this sale people have gone. It was great. A very easy experience. After getting discouraged at several other dealerships. Low book looked at my credit history not just by the number. Honestly I was very impressed at how helpful and friendly everyone at low book was. They were patient with me but also were able to help me in a short time. Your employees asked us what we wanted in a car and worked very hard to get us that. We have been to many different dealers and all they wanted to do is sales the most expensive car and large payments worked very hard to get us that. We have been to many different dealers and all they wanted to do is sales the most expensive car and large payments. Your sales staff worked hard to make sure we got the loan and payments that we could afford and put us in the van we wanted. It is nice to know that there is atleast one dealership who still puts the customer first. Low book sales will be the first place we look in the future. Thank you Jeff and Bonnie Bench, More
I wanted to get a loan for a car outside of the dealership, but it was explained that the only way I'd qualify is if I had near perfect credit. Since I didn't they advised me I'd have to get a car dealership, but it was explained that the only way I'd qualify is if I had near perfect credit. Although, I did find a car that I could live with, I just didn't feel like any of the cars on the lot were for me. Oh well, I need a car, after I build my credit I can get a car somewhere else. More
They did not listen when we would tell them what we were looking for - for example, if we said our budget was 6,000$ they would say "ok, this car only costs 10,000. Or if we said $3,000 then they would say looking for - for example, if we said our budget was 6,000$ they would say "ok, this car only costs 10,000. Or if we said $3,000 then they would say "uh-huh, well this one is only 7,000.". Its like they didn't care! I had also asked via phone about one car in particular, which they confirmed the details on. When we showed up though, the details were unconfirmed and it was "all a mistake" (they had left off an important digit which put the miles 100,000 more on it!) Since i had called and they had verbally confirmed it, i was a little annoyed that they said it was all a mistake. More
