About 4 years ago I faced some financial challenges. My credit is less than perfect. Two years ago I tried to buy a car through one new car dealership and one used car dealership. Both claimed to be expe credit is less than perfect. Two years ago I tried to buy a car through one new car dealership and one used car dealership. Both claimed to be experts in credit repair but were unable to put together a deal for me. As a result I was kind of gun shy to try again. I'm retired and have been using the bus and a bike. The cold weather of the last week motivated me to try again. I pass LOW BOOK SALES in Lindon every day. When I checked out the website and saw the "credit repair" tab I decided to stop by. I was warmly greeted, treated respectfully and Danny was very professional. He prequalified me and much to my surprise when I picked out a car within the price he said I was approved for the deal was done. Eric who handled the financing was very professional and friendly as well. Much to my surprise within about an hour I drove out in my new "used" car. The car I purchased is exactly what I wanted and I was approved with no hastle whatsoever. I would certainly recommend LBS--Lindon to my friends. More
i bought a used ford windstar from the lindon office in november of 2009. the vehicle was a nice vehicle. after driving it we decided we would buy it. we signed paper work for one interest rate and 3 days november of 2009. the vehicle was a nice vehicle. after driving it we decided we would buy it. we signed paper work for one interest rate and 3 days later they called and said we need to come by and complete our paper work. this time the interest rate had gone up by half a pecent. that was not so bad. i told thembefore i signe any thing i wanted the transmission checked that it was shifting a little hard, and also that the front brakes felt like the rotors were warped. they said brakes were fine and trnsmission had no trouble. i took it home and replaced the rotors my self and fixed that problem. 6 months later the transmission went out. the vehicle only had 76000 on it. cost 2900 for a new one. needles to say i will never by another vehicle from these rip off artists. Scott did a phenomenal job. I came in knowing which truck I wanted and pretty well knew I was going to purchase it. Unfortunately some idiot named Sam went home with the keys to the truck I wanted to buy an I wanted and pretty well knew I was going to purchase it. Unfortunately some idiot named Sam went home with the keys to the truck I wanted to buy and made me sit there for two hours waiting for him to show up with them. Again, kudos to Scott for keeping things moving in the meantime so I stayed. Financing was straight forward and we ended up where I wanted to be. Will definitely return for my next purchase. More

I would send anyone I know to Paul he was very honest and did what I asked. I picked my 2002 ford ranger because it had very low miles and I was concerned about gas mileage, with the ford ranger I could get around 25 mpg. What I didnt expect was after I bought it I discovered a miles and I was concerned about gas mileage, with the ford ranger I could get around 25 mpg. What I didnt expect was after I bought it I discovered a thousand dollar stereo system that was custom build for this (what I thought) basic ranger. Needless to say I am very happy with my new truck. James was great in helping us find the perfect car. It was our first time buying a brand new car and the whole payment thing was kinda scary. Went in their earlier this week and mostly worked with the general manager, Dave, who was a real nice, "understanding of my stress" type of guy. I told him more than once that I didn't want to have a hig the general manager, Dave, who was a real nice, "understanding of my stress" type of guy. I told him more than once that I didn't want to have a high payment so they took what I said and doubled it to make it easier for me. And then, when I told them I wanted a zero down payment they said it would be $1,000...so I told them I want to do $500. They asked about my van, I said I could use it in as a trade-in and they said it would knock the down payment to $500...but it didn't (still stayed at $1,000). I paid the $500 and then they wanted another $500 within 1-2 days and they kindly kept my van I had just signed over to them. I found out all of this sweet news after signing over everything. All-in-all they are very caring guys...until you start signing papers. The dishonesty came out and they screwed me. I'm SO HAPPY my deal was canceled because I was 1099 instead of W-2 (they even asked me to lie to capital one and change my 1099 commissions to an hourly W-2 wage). You have no idea how much weight was off my shoulders when I found out the deal couldn't be done. I wasn't going to lie to capital one and try and change my wages. I learned that you always ask first and make sure they have it in writing to how you want the deal done, otherwise they'll stick it to you and could care less about how your bills and pocketbook look like at the end of the month, they only care about theirs. Scott was a very friendly salesman. I felt he went above and beyond to help us get financed for a car. Anthony had just gotten to work and put everything else aside to get our financing done so we could be and beyond to help us get financed for a car. I am actually looking forward to dealing with them again. Debby Beard More

I walkd in the front door and I saw a sales man, he was with a customer and he gave me eye contact and I asked if there is someone who can help me, he asked the customer who he was with to excuse him for a minute and he said yes let me get someone for you. He directed another salesperson to help me. They were friendly and understood what my demands were. When I had questions they explained it to me so I would understand.
