I looked online at the option of trading in my car. I was upside down on the loan because I had a high interest loan before re-financing with my credit union for a rate of 3.65%. I was told that they'd take upside down on the loan because I had a high interest loan before re-financing with my credit union for a rate of 3.65%. I was told that they'd take my trade in over the phone and would roll it into a new car loan. I gave all of my information before the appointment so I could speed up the process. When I got there for my appointment alot of the info I had given was not in the computer. I was told that they didn't want my trade in, but I could get a new car loan with them (so I'd have 2 car loans). I asked multiple times the interest rate that I'd have and the guy kept saying he wouldn't know until I picked a car. After I picked a car I told them the highest I would do for a car payment is $450. After the sales guy talked to the people in the "tower" I was told my car payment would be $550. I kept asking what the interest rate was and finally the sales guy told me it was 20%!! He said I needed to sign right then to get the "No Sales Tax" insentive. He said I could refinance after a year. Well I ran the numbers and I'd pay $3,750 in interest in 1 year and $2,850 towards principle. I gave them my info so I wouldn't waste MY time if the numbers weren't right. They wouldn't give me that info until I already picked a car, drove it, they drove my car to value it, waited for their GAMES!! I will NEVER do business with this company. Don't waste your time going there unless you already have your own financing upfront. More

I am 50 years old and have visited numerous dealers and purchased many cars and trucks in my lifetime. Low Book Sales provided me with the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales person (Ste purchased many cars and trucks in my lifetime. Low Book Sales provided me with the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales person (Steve) was very patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and courteous. He and his general manager (Danny) stayed two hours after closing time to finalize the deal at my request. They gave me the option of finishing up the following day but didn't pressure me one way or the other. This was a no pressure sales experience. All information was adequately and professionally disclosed. There were no surprises or sneaky and unfair fees. The contract terms and numbers were straight forward and transparent. I was offered additional insurance but not pressured to buy it. Also, I really liked the way Low Book Sales did their pricing. Having already visited other dealerships the same day, I knew what the best pricing was that other dealers were prepared to offer. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the fixed, no dicker prices offered by Low Book Sales were below the best pricing offered by the competing dealerships. In other words, even though the prices were not negotiable, I knew I was getting the best deal in town. More dealerships should adopt the practices and sales philosophy that Low Book Sales uses. It is honest, fair, open, and very customer focused. More

I have been going to Low Book for years! They always treat me very well, and do great work (or correct it if it is not up to my satisfaction). I will definitely be more than happy to buy from them agai treat me very well, and do great work (or correct it if it is not up to my satisfaction). I will definitely be more than happy to buy from them again; and have loved the car and service I have always received. Not to mention the free coffee and popcorn. That is always a nice way to start a day when you have to visit the service dept. The only thing I don't get; is how they have the televisions going, and music playing over it. Seems they could detach the speakers right above the serivce department and avoid that annoyance. All else is good. More

The staff at Low Book stood by their warranties and followed through with any/all service needs. The service department is the most reliable and reasonable shop in town. I would recommend any car owner to try out the friendly service dept. at Low Book due to their honesty and the thoroughness of the services I have done on my car. I am a loyal customer to Low Book and I would not go anywhere else to have my car serviced or to purchase a new vehicle. More

I had my reservations about going to a 'Used Car Dealership' from past experiences of being turned down for financing and the high pressure salesmen. I had a very pleasant experience, the Sales Rep. Dealership' from past experiences of being turned down for financing and the high pressure salesmen. I had a very pleasant experience, the Sales Rep. Chris, he was very polite and courteous. I can explain the transaction as very easy and efficient. It was more of an interaction vs. a transaction. I had no expectations of being approved or even driving off the lot in a new car. With in 2.5 hours I had test drove my car, got PREapproved, $0 Down, really great % (I know I put them through their paces., so I appreciate it)! We went over lots of number and Q&A with Chris and was introduced to Scott to wrap it up...a few minutes later I'm driving down Redwood in my new car. Nice!! The experience exceeded my expectatinos and therefore, I can't think of anything to suggest to improve upon. I would not hesistate to recommendend Low Book Sales to others! Thanks, Lyle More
I went in to the store in Lindon, UT looking for a minivan. The sales person who greeted us was an arrogant xxxxx. Their prices are way too high. I had already done my research, knew very well what minivan. The sales person who greeted us was an arrogant xxxxx. Their prices are way too high. I had already done my research, knew very well what the prices should be like. Everything they had was way overpriced compared with the local market. One van in particular looked liked it been to xxxx and back was 6 years old. I told them the price was too high. "Well it only has 46000 miles." "I don't care how many miles are on it", I said, "It looks like xxxx on the inside and out, and you have it priced as high as models that are 2 years newer and in immaculate condition and have better features." All he could say was, "It only has 46,000 miles, and you don't know how long those others are going to last." Considering that this one looked like the previous owners didn't give a crap about this one I doubt that that 46,000 miles sere very good on this particular van. I think I'll take my chances one a newer nicer better maintained vehicle for the same price, and somewhere where the sales staff aren't arrogant xxxxx. More
The price was slightly more than what I initially wanted for a car payment, but the fact that I know this vehicle should last me the next 5 years is a great feeling. I went in and said "My husband and I ne for a car payment, but the fact that I know this vehicle should last me the next 5 years is a great feeling. I went in and said "My husband and I need fuel economy, space, and decent payments." We got everything we needed and even something that we did not quite realize we wanted. My husband and I had been looking at older sedans and were completely sold on the 2010 HHR. We love the vehicle! Another amazing bonus is the fact that 3 days after driving off with the vehicle, my husband and I brought the paperwork that was needed to confirm income and stuff...and everyone remembered our names. It was nice, that welcomed feeling. :-D Having been turned down for an autoloan at another popular dealership in the Salt Lake area, my husband and I were feeling like we were going to be stuck getting a piece of crap cheap vehicle. It was nice getting something that is nice, newer, and makes us very happy! :-D More
