Used SUV we bought a SUV last year from the Vegas store, we was told at time of sale we could refinance after one year, well the year went by and then told we we bought a SUV last year from the Vegas store, we was told at time of sale we could refinance after one year, well the year went by and then told we can trade it in, the finance company in witch they "OWN" does not do refinance. why would I want to trade in what I wanted? not to mention the new car would be even higher in payments, I was already paying 400 a month. after telling these people im better off blowing my head off and endless emails to Salt Lake, I finaly got it refi and STILL have to pay to have air fixed in witched it should have been done when we bought it, More
DO Not Waste Your Time or Money at the Las Vegas Dealership The 3 month warranty is a joke. I paid for a small pick up truck, and got hassles and extra excuses from Low book at no extra cost. Right off the lot The 3 month warranty is a joke. I paid for a small pick up truck, and got hassles and extra excuses from Low book at no extra cost. Right off the lot my vehicles check engine light prompted. Who knows what they did besides reset the sensor once I returned the truck . Second time around (2 days later) the truck would not even start. They arraigned for a tow truck that only took 4 hours to show up. While my truck was in the shop I had to arrange for transportation between low book, another hassle, more than several times. I get my vehicle back within 2 days and now it doesn't idle consistently and back fires. And that's not the worst of it. It stalled out and I can't tell you that I wasn't almost the cause of a crash because of this certified LEMON! I returned the vehicle again and received a loner. This time my Certified LEMON was in their shop for a month and almost past the primary warranty period. I DO NOT KNOW WHAT WAS REPAIRED despite getting an independent diagnosis myself but it left the dealership with more miles, less gas, and the same issues even though the service manager assured me the proper repairs were done. NOT! More
Negative stars if possible. I have had so many bad experiences with Low Book Sales since purchasing our van back in 2013. They're a bunch of liars and crooks to put it nicely. Fi I have had so many bad experiences with Low Book Sales since purchasing our van back in 2013. They're a bunch of liars and crooks to put it nicely. First off, when we purchased the van, the salesman said that the warranty we were paying for was "bumper-to-bumper", which does NOT exist and is very different from the power-train warranty that we actually got. However, we did not find this out until less than a month later, when the side wall of the tire blew out without warning on the freeway, causing an accident with all four of our children in the back. We forgave them, after all, the dealership is "not responsible" for the tire (their words, not ours). During that same summer, the engine started smoking while driving it. We once again took it into Low Book Sales since we were paying extra for our warranty. It ended up being several hundred dollars for a coolant hose assembly, which once again Low Book said was not covered by our warranty. Then in October 2014, we took it back to their dealership when the airbag light came on. We thought for sure that the AIRBAG would be covered, they did the diagnostic on the airbag (once again not covered) and replaced the battery (which was a different problem). After arguing with their customer service department multiple times, they agreed to do the diagnostic on the airbag as a courtesy. They disassembled the steering column, afterwards, the horn and the cruise control no longer worked. (We had used the cruise control on the way to the dealership). When we called the service department later that week when realizing that it was no longer working, they told us that we "could not prove that they were responsible for the damage". Back in February, their customer service guy, Jessie, got a hold of us after reading a negative post on their facebook page (which they have since deleted), and assured us that they were going to fix this and that their local service coordinator would call us by the end of that day. It is now the beginning of April and we have heard nothing back from Low Book Sales and are having to pay almost a thousand dollars to fix their mistake. More

Purchased not one, but two cars from LBS I don't see why all the bad reviews................My husband purchased his Nissan Altima Coupe, with very low miles, and then a month later, and not I don't see why all the bad reviews................My husband purchased his Nissan Altima Coupe, with very low miles, and then a month later, and not really expecting to get financed on another one, we were really just looking, we ended up getting my car, a Dodge Avenger. My payments were a little higher than I wanted, and my husband's was higher than he wanted, but when you are trying to improve your credit, start over, blah blah, you have to start somewhere. We've now had both vehicles for about a year now, our credit scores have dramatically improved and we are ready to try to either refinance, or for me, get into a Mustang like I originally wanted, and we couldn't be happier. All of these "bad" reviews I am seeing is just not what we experienced. We were in and out in less than a couple of hours, and were able to test drive 4 of their cars. They were very helpful and they looked into more than one or two options for getting us financed. Great place to deal with!! We went yesterday to see if they had any Mustangs but none that was to my liking. No big deal, we'll keep checking............... More
STAY AWAY! ABSOLUTELY HORRID! I was called over and over again from their call center to bring my newly-listed car on KSL in for an offer from Low Book on what they could pay me fo I was called over and over again from their call center to bring my newly-listed car on KSL in for an offer from Low Book on what they could pay me for it. I agreed after the many calls and made an appointment to bring it to the Salt Lake City location. When I got there and checked in, I was approached by Sam. Super aggressive, hard-selling sales person with an almost flawless manipulation of making people believe that he actually cares about his customers, unfortunately for him, I am not "people". He proceeded to give me a lot of information about how they are different and special among all other car dealerships. He got my information for my car. I waited for close to twenty minutes. Then, the fun began. Sam sat down with me at a desk to tell me the offer, which I predicted would be VERY low. I was not disappointed. It was VERY low, lower by over a thousand dollars than what I had expected the absolute LOWEST to be. Oh well. After showing me a print off from Kelley Blue Book on my car, he mentioned and underlined as speaking that THIS number is the most a lender will lend on your car. After this, and having years upon years of financial experience, both in a personal and professional capacity, I non-chalantly mentioned that most lenders aren't using Kelley Blue Book and use Nada Guide values more often now, "but, oh well, thats ok." It was like I switched a light switch on. Sam immediately began to shove fact upon fact, speaking so fast I could barely understand him about how "we work with over 170 lenders" scrunching his face in a demeaning way, as I'm sure you can imagine. Ok, so he's a crazy person.... wow. Anyway, as I was about to speak, he COMPLETELY ignored me, and spoke right over me, now smiling from ear to ear. "we really want to help you sell your car though, cause we know that's hard to do." He then fiddled anxiously with his computer, and said he had to be right back because he had to print off an auto check for me and his printer wouldn't make it as large as he wanted it.(see, he really really cares, right?), WRONG, after getting up from the desk and walking away from it, he disappeared into the COVETED shark bowl, the place where all these suited up, sophisticated men sit at least 8 feet above the rest of the floor, where all the big-wigs sit behind glass walls and plasma screen TV's, truly ridiculous and sketchy as xxxx, looking as though they are doing something, but really its only to intimidate you, and came back with a print out from Nada guide on my car. You lied, Sam, and you think I didn't catch it. He plopped it down, and circled the Nada value, which happened to be $500.00 more than his original Kelley Blue Book value. Sam: "so, see, I told you. It's pretty xxxx close!" Ok....?Me: "Well, it's close but it's $500.00 more, which I'm sure you know, can make or break a purchase. that's all I'm saying, just from experience from my own personal loans, they have used Nada lately. I'm not sure what they do now, but in the past I have worked with America First, Cyprus, Mountain America..."Sam(smiles oddly and laughs literally in my face)" We work very very closely with Mountain America and you are COMPLETELY WRONG. They use Kelley Blue Book!I just spoke with those guys up there(motioning to the suit heaven). So you're saying that they're wrong?, HUH?!" Me: "ok, well. Wow, ya know, I thought the expression used today was the customer is always right. But, I guess not in this case." Sam completely ignores my complaint, stands up not without looking into my eyes and leaning forward with a sarcastic smirk and says "thanks." and then begins to walk away. No, "thanks for coming in", no, "sorry we couldn't do more for you but good luck", not even a handshake to show professionalism and , I guess, good sportsmanship, because Sam had made this into a "thing"? This was my cue, I suppose, that I was being kicked out of Low Book Sales because I was in a mild disagreement about a matter of ABSOLUTELY NO CONSEQUENCE. It made no difference about which lenders were going with what, because he based his offer for the purchase of my car on a cash, auction value, a lender's approval amount is not even involved. I was ultimately confused and honestly, astounded at how I was treated! I have not made up a single situation that I have reported on this and I think they should feel ashamed with themselves. Sam was a ridiculous level of confrontational! Like, uncomfortable and awkward times 1 million! Also, the positive reviews listed on this site are most likely fake. They are probably written by the very men in suits I am describing in my review. Any REAL review has AT BEST a 2 star rating, which is generous. If I could give negative stars I would. BIGGEST waste of time, and probably the RUDEST person I have ever dealt with....EVER, especially because not only was it un-warranted, but also COMPLETELY un-provoked and it’s obvious he feels that it’s acceptable treatment, which is a scary thought. Buyer beware if you have an opinion, have done research and are well informed or, suit-heaven forbid, have a brain! The second you disagree with ANYTHING, not kidding, like a light switch! This had been my third time visiting Low Book Sales, , once for support for a friend, and one other time to get an appraisal on a previous car, and believe me, whether buying, trading or trying to sell your car, the experience won't be far off from what I've described above. They are swindling, low-character, shady people working in an establishment that is of the same quality. If you made it this far, Great JOB! More

Well I've gone there before because of the same thing. The first time I had a 2013 fiat with only 23k miles on it and the transmission went out. They deemed it UNSAFE to drive and handed my husband the keys back. Next day fiat dealership calls me and tells me I shouldn't driving it because its unsafe. So I take it to them and they say its the engine and the transmission. Well the first to go was the trans. I was livid. I had the car for 3 weeks. Well I made the mistake again of going there again. They got me in a Chevy cobalt. Well. The cobalt has 105k miles on it and of course...transmission issues. I talked to one of the sales people and his words exactly. WE DONT HAVE A GUARANTEE THAT THE TRANSMISSION WORKS BEFORE WE SELL IT. Aren't they supposed to be checking that before the cars are on the lot? Then they tell me I'm stuck in that car. So I've got $3500 bucks worth of repairs because they didn't check the car first. Never going there again. More
Another rip off organization Searching for a truck to replace my F150 I was in need of at least a F20, hopefully a super duty. I saw a GMC that would fit my needs and looked nice. Searching for a truck to replace my F150 I was in need of at least a F20, hopefully a super duty. I saw a GMC that would fit my needs and looked nice. I pulled in, was checking out the truck and a salesman walked up, started a conversation, I asked how much, he said we need to fill out a credit app before I can answer that. I asked for a test drive, he said we need to fill out a credit app. I asked if I could talk to someone else, he said I needed to fill out a credit app. Seeing this guy was stuck on stupid and wasn't going to be jarred from stupid mode, I went back to my truck still searching for a reputable dealer. First of all I have my own financing, Second of all I have cashed most of my vehicles out, my F150, my 2003 Jaguar, even my park model travel trailer. Sorry Steve you need to learn to listen to the conversation, instead of trying to tell me what I have to do, I wasn't looking for financing, I was looking for a truck. You did tell me you would give me $1500 trade in for my old truck or buy it from me for that and guaranteed $250 more than any other dealer, National auto plaza offered me $3500, You want to put your money where your mouth is or just shut up" I have that in writing from national auto plaza and I have your written bid too. In fact National Auto Plaza has a nice F250 Super Duty 2006 with 77,000 miles on it, at a decent price, tomorrow is Wednesday, the day before thanksgiving. I think I will be giving thanks in that truck by the end of the day. The next time you may want to rethink your sales pitch about the credit app. You just lost this customer I won't embarrass you by coming back on your lot, not even to collect that extra $250, You can let go of your wallet I am not interested in your chump change you carry around. I will however smile every time I drive by your lot in my new to me truck, remembering how arrogant you were. The only people I would refer to you will be people I don't like, you and that Marksosian guy in my opinion are like the bad carma car sales that can help me get even with people I dislike. By the way I don't dislike too many people I am very easy to get along with, you won't get much business from me. You guys were comic relief on an otherwise mundane day though thanks for the laughs. I made the mistake of trying to get an estimate for selling my vehicle to Low Book Sales. I won't be doing that again. First the website offered an instant estimate (which is how they got my phone #), selling my vehicle to Low Book Sales. I won't be doing that again. First the website offered an instant estimate (which is how they got my phone #), 30 seconds later they called to say they couldn't give a quote over the phone, "but it would be very close to Kelly Blue Book". Then they called me constantly for 2 weeks asking when I could come in. When we finally came in, they took FOREVER to see us and in the end only offered us half of what KBB said the car was worth, in the worst condition (the car is in good condition). The gentleman said he wasn't sure why the quote was so low and added that he was new. It was a huge waste of our time. We will never return to this company. They are shifty from the start! More
