waste of a day We went there, told us we would be approved. Told us what cars we were approved for,drove 4 of them, decided on one car. Then he told us we needed this and that and come back in 4 months ( yes 4 months) all this after spending over 4 hrs at the lot. Incase its not obvious, we wont be going back! I suggest going there if u like getting the run around or wasting a whole day for nothing! Never been treated like that anywhere! Not to mention the guy who helped up had a trash mouth. Rude, waste of time. I filled out the pre approval forms out online and immediately got a call saying I was approved and to come in. I was excited because I've struggled with my credit and really needed a car. When I got there I was followed by a salesman who was old and pushy. The drink , a chines they offered to customers were all out how order and the bottled water was hot. I explained my situation and he seemed annoyed then ran my credit and said I had no chance without a huge down payment. He was so rude about it and again seemed like I had wasted his time. Ummmmmm I applied first, was honest, and now need to walk home, who's time was wasted? You know even if I couldn't get a car there if my experience was good and they were nice I would've recommended them. Too bad. More

Horrible Quality and Scammers I was sold a Jeep that they told me only needed a new tire after I bought it and was guaranteed to be two days until it was finished. The two days turned into two weeks and the repairs turned into an engine mount, sensor, thermostat and a million other things. After spending money on a cab for two weeks I got the jeep finally and within two hours it broke down in a DRIVE THRU. I had to take a cab home and call them to tow it back to the dealership, it sat in the drive thru all night and I had to take a cab to work. They called me and said it would be a few days. A few days go by and another 250 in cabs and fees. I pick the jeep up Friday and start to drive out of town and it BROKE DOWN again. I turn around from and to drive 25mph back to vegas and park it and have them tow it again. So here I am renting a car to use for the weekend and I call about my jeep two days later to find out what happened and all I here is that the store in vegas closed down over the weekend and my car is gone and shipped to SLC. So now I am out of a car, wasted hundreds of dollars on cabs and lied to by a horrible scamming company. NEVER GO HERE More

I built up my credit, and I am now the proud owner of a BMW. Great customer service and honestly sold, reliable vehicles. I trust these guys over traditional dealers. I have also purchased vehicles from traditional dealers, who sold me botched cars that were money pits. These guys are great! More

Total Disrespect I contacted Low Book Sales in Las Vegas and was given a appointment for 5/17/2016 12pm. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and waited for I contacted Low Book Sales in Las Vegas and was given a appointment for 5/17/2016 12pm. Upon arrival I was greeted by the receptionist and waited for a sales person. We went to the sales person's office and I was asked for my drivers license and I handed the license to him in his hand. When he returned it to me he threw it to me on the desk. I then advised him that it is polite to hand it back to me in my hand. He then left the room and a different salesman came back. This salesman was very rude to me and was telling me that my credit score could be higher and proceeded to go over every thing that was on my credit record and I advised him that one thing that was showing was incorrect and he then told me that he refuse to help me because I was arguing with him and he proceeded to walk out of the office. As he approached the first salesman he quoted " I got her" and they started laughing. My credit score was 597. . More

Your better off Sleeping in Bearskat Lindon sold us a BMW and when we brought it to pick up tires I told the service manager a engine light was on. After a week and a half more engine lights went on so we took it to Bmw and thy gave us a bill for $6500. We asked low book about it and they said they would check it, then said nothing was wrong. We took it to another shop and the found the same problems as Bmw. We were past the one week policy from low book but only because he didn't check the light just sent me away. So they wouldn't do anything for us. They lied, and were unprofessional. If it weren't for my wife I would be very inappropriate toward these guys. Don't even thumb your nose in their direction. Misrepresented a car fax i was shown a clean car fax report when I purchased a vehicle last year. This year I tried to sell my vehicle and had another report run. sold me an illegal car and won't take responsibility I bought a 2013 impala with a new car warranty. My vehicle was in a mild collision and upon removing the bumper to assess the damages we discovered th I bought a 2013 impala with a new car warranty. My vehicle was in a mild collision and upon removing the bumper to assess the damages we discovered that my safety bumper has chunks taken out of it. Yes sounds crazy but they actually cut out chunks in order to fix the cosmetics of the vehicle. Abra and Chevrolet have both said that it is illegal to sell a vehicle like that because the vehicle could buckle under a minor collision and the airbags may not go off and that several sensors will also not work properly. Funny they sold me a new warranty that is automatically void. When I spoke to the general manager he told me to talk to the dealership he bout the vehicle from because it is not there responsibility. Then he wanted to see how much the part is for curiosity. $150 dollars is all it would cost and he refused to cover it. I guess the price tag on mine and my family's lives is not worth more than $150. Yes I am being serious our lives are at risk everytime I get into this supposed new vehicle. Chevrolet said if they were to repair the vehicle they would not allow it off the lot until it was fixed because it is there brand of vehicle and would not be willing to bear responsibility for the loss of our lives. I will pay the 150 myself but am now forced to hire a attorney. Save yourself the stress and heartache and go to a reputable dealer. I wonder what he would say if one of us had died and then brought it to there attention. I gave them an easy $150 fix and piece of mind but they just do not care. More
