Great place to buy your first new car. Sam Swope Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Dixie Hwy has the best prices and the harder to find vehicles. I've been looking for a particular vehicle with c Sam Swope Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Dixie Hwy has the best prices and the harder to find vehicles. I've been looking for a particular vehicle with certain features and they were the only one in town that had what i was looking for. In fact they were the only to have the vehicle my brother was looking for too. Yep both my brother and I went to Sam Swope to just look at the vehicles we were interested in. In the end we both drove away in our new cars. But that could not have been possible if it wasn't for Mark Mason and Greg Briney. At no time did we feel pressured. Mark was very professional from the beginning. I have not had the pleasure in meeting Greg in person but I have corresponded with him in email and he has always been there to answer all my questions. When it came time for the paper work Duncan Riddle made it breeze. Thank you everyone at Sam Swope Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! More

Greg Brinley was our awesome and wonderful salesman. He took time to answer all our questions, no pressure, gave us time to talk it out on our own. Greg was very courteous and patient with us. We love the "new to us" van he was able to show us!!! This was my first experience with Sam Swope on Dixie Highway and I will absolutely come back for any and all of our vehicle needs. They were sooooo friendly and courteous and it was a truly pleasant experience. I would also like to mention Duncan Riddle, it was an absolute joy to meet Mr Riddle (USMC-retired)!OORAH! He guided us through all the paperwork with ease and impressed us with the wow factor of the highly advanced computerized table. He explained everything very clearly to us and saved us even more money on our purchase! I entered the dealership nervous and stressed and I left with a huge smile on my face in an awesome vehicle! My sales person, Greg Brinley, (and sales manager Corey the Closer) I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience while shopping at Sam Swope. My sales person, Greg Brinley, (and sales manager Corey the Closer) couldn't have given me a better customer service shopping experience then what I had. Greg was extremely professional, knowledgeable very straightforward and very easy to deal with. I definitely felt like he listened, and had my best interest in mind. He was extremely thorough before I purchased my vehicle to discuss options, and took a lot of time after I purchased my vehicle to walk me through every feature while making sure I was delivered the cleanest, sharpest Durango in the city. I really appreciate the service and will be back at Swope shopping for my next vehicle. Thanks Sam Swope. More

Couldn't have been better! My original contact and all agreements were made with Jeremiah over the phone since we live in AL. They found the truck I wanted in another state and My original contact and all agreements were made with Jeremiah over the phone since we live in AL. They found the truck I wanted in another state and brought it in for me. We came into the dealership on Sunday just to look at it, and Since Jeremiah wasn't there, Damien helped us by showing us the truck. He spent time showing us the truck and answering every question we had even though he had not been the one we originally worked with. He went out of his way to be helpful. The next day when we arrived to pick up the truck, Damien did handle all the paperwork, programmed both our phones to the Uconnect, programmed our key fobs, and again answered any further questions we had. Jeremiah and Duncan were equally gracious, and we were impressed with the computerized table. We will be back to trade in again in two or three years! Thanks, again! Jim and Jeanne Baxter More

Our New Car Experience !! We purchased a new Jeep Patriot on Saturday 8/15/15. It was truly a wonderful experience. Our salesman was Mark Mason and he went above and beyond as We purchased a new Jeep Patriot on Saturday 8/15/15. It was truly a wonderful experience. Our salesman was Mark Mason and he went above and beyond as we bought our second brand NEW CAR in our 35 years of marriage! Mark was so awesome and did not pressure us and was very attentive to our questions and needs. My husband wasn't feeling well, Mark helped get him indoors and made sure he was okay before we went any further with the sale. He had the Jeep moved into the garage so my husband could look at the car out of the heat and then he would not need to walk so far to do a test drive. Mark was so courteous, we cannot get over truly how great everything went. We had some questions after we purchased the vehicle so my husband dropped in the next day and Mark answered our questions. I would recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a new car or pre-owned to visit your dealership and ask for Mark Mason. We ourselves are repeat customers and are experiences in the past have went well but this time was very special. Our new Jeep is our anniversay present to each other !
