They sold me a different car. Dishonesty at its finest. In order to make a quick sale, this dealership found me a vehicle at another location and would have it brought to Sam Swope Dixie location. I put a d In order to make a quick sale, this dealership found me a vehicle at another location and would have it brought to Sam Swope Dixie location. I put a deposit on the vehicle that was discussed. The vehicle arrived a short time later and I picked it up. When I got home I noticed some things that didn't seem right. When I questioned the sales person, Jessica Stevenson, she spoke down to me. She did state that my vehicle had been sold already, but that she was able to find one and had to have some things added so it would be comparable. When I continued to question these items that were snuck in, I was again belittled and basically told that all had been done correctly. Oh, but It had not, only half of the option package I though I was getting was added, and lets not forget I was never informed I was sold a different car. I took my extreme frusteration to the GM Bradley Kendall (who was very nice) offered to fix the car, or buy it back. After giving it a day to think I allowed the dealer to fix it, and said they should reimburse me for the option (which I now wish I had made them get me the actual car I purchased). But it took quite a while to get the GM to call back. I even went so far as to locate his boss, Cary Donovan, and email him my frustration... but I haven't heard anything. I was also promised that I would not be contacted by my origional Sales person, Jessica (the origional deceiver), but as it just so happens, the GM did not speak to her. She called me having no idea there was an issue. I guess that Sam Swope is completely fine with dishonesty and this is how they do business. So here I am a broke single mom with a brand new car.. that has after market parts, and the entire engine has ben removed and changed in order to make it a car I had been promised ..... Completely disgusted and frustrated. A zero rating isnt low enough. More
