I purchased my 2022 Chevrolet Silverado back in June 2022. Since then, I’ve brought it in due to clicking noises from under the truck while driving and sent it in to get it checked with an oil change. U 2022. Since then, I’ve brought it in due to clicking noises from under the truck while driving and sent it in to get it checked with an oil change. Unfortunately, they said my drive shaft went bad (truck has approx 25,000 miles on it). I was called by Matthew after a few weeks that they got The part. That was on Jan 31. After fixing what they believed was the issue, the truck is still doing the loud clicking noise and one of doors was scratched along the side. I immediately called Matthew and he said to bring it back and they would give me a rental and fix the damages and find out what is wrong with the truck. However, it has been over a month and still no rental or fixing of any damage. You always have to ask for paperwork for proof of anything. Every time I call to check if there is a rental truck available, they state they would get back to me and they never do. It is now March 6 and still nothing. This has been very frustrating and unprofessional to say the least More

My Salesman was great, Finance manager was Ok. Sales Manager was NOT honest in honoring his out the door price, And out the door Price was agreed upon + Tag, When I went over my Bill of sale and m Sales Manager was NOT honest in honoring his out the door price, And out the door Price was agreed upon + Tag, When I went over my Bill of sale and my Purchase contract amounts did not matched. A service contract was added without my knowledge or was I asked if I wanted it, they told me it was part of that Ridiculous Protection Package that was added , Plus other add'l fee's , On top of they already agreed upon Out The Door Price. Honestly I drove over 1 hour to buy my new truck because it was the options I was looking for, But besides the salesman I did not feel that the rest of the team Was transparent and really could not explain these hidden charges. Did I get good deal on a 2023 leftover truck I don't think so. Will I ever return to this dealership to purchase a future car Most Likely Not. More
My encounter with the dealership was riddled with unsettling incidents, reflecting a departure from expected standards of transparency and professionalism. Upon expressing interest in a Silverado, unsettling incidents, reflecting a departure from expected standards of transparency and professionalism. Upon expressing interest in a Silverado, I sought clarification on the Out The Door Price. Regrettably, the advertised price of $54,451 on their website jumped over $4,000, supposedly due to the addition of running boards. When I called them out and asked to stick to the advertised price, the salesman asked me to leave. On my way out the door, I stopped by the Sales Manager’s desk to let him know that had it not been for the deception, I would have purchased a car today. The manager asked me to wait and then presented me with a price sheet with the advertised price. Which I accepted. End of story right? Wrong! After agreeing to the price and moving to the finance paperwork review, I identified further discrepancies. Initially, I was presented with a 6.9% interest rate, which was much higher than the 4.9% rate advertised on Chevrolet.com. Once I provided proof of the lower rate on Chevrolet’s website, the rate was promptly adjusted. Little did I know, the base price of the vehicle had quietly increased by $750, a fact that only became apparent upon meticulous scrutiny of the final paperwork. The price increase was attributed to me taking the lower promotional interest rate. Which is fine…. The problem here is that this increase was only disclosed when I asked about it. No mention prior to it! Fed up with the multiple issues, I asked to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Les Nunez. Regrettably, the interaction turned into a confrontation ending in Mr. Nunez's refusal to sell me the car. Additionally, he refused to shake my hand and asked me to leave to property. If he had taken a step back and admitted that mistakes were made and was apologetic, I would have paid the $750 higher price and driven off. Instead, I was left stranded at the dealership and had to find someone to pick me up. The next day I visited another dealership – Chevrolet in Delray Beach. I told the sales manager there about my experience with Lou Bachrodt Chevrolet. The manager and salesperson there were shocked at the lack of transparency and ethical business practices. I ended up purchasing a nicer Silverado from Grieco. Interestingly, Lou Bachrodt called me while I was at Delray. They had asked me to do a survey over the phone about my experience. I was honest on the call and told the person giving the survey that I would come back and purchase the car only if the Managers called me and apologized. It was a test…. Which they failed…. No one ever called...maybe they will after reading this review, but I won't hold my breath. TLDR - To sum it up, my time at that dealership was a hot mess of shady moves, characterized by deceptive pricing strategies, no transparency, and some seriously unprofessional behavior. Definitely not the kind of place I'd recommend to anyone. They need a serious reality check on how to treat customers right. More
They sold me a car with a broken back door handle, and they only informed me after I signed all the papers, after almost two months and several calls, they scheduled me to change it, and they wanted me to they only informed me after I signed all the papers, after almost two months and several calls, they scheduled me to change it, and they wanted me to do it at the time they decided, but I asked if I could go by and get the door handle and I would change it myself because at the time they set I couldn't, the seller ignored me, as it was a used car and there was no longer a guarantee, I bought the door handle on Amazon and replaced it, and I'll never set foot there again. Besides, they sent my social number to 5 financial institutions to check my credit without my authorization, hurting my credit More
