Took so long to get the job done It took 6 weeks to fixmy front and back bumper. The fixing took only two and half, but the rest of the time, my car was just sitting there. the estima It took 6 weeks to fixmy front and back bumper. The fixing took only two and half, but the rest of the time, my car was just sitting there. the estimator from collision center made a mistake for my car. I don’t know how. They had me wrote down and verbally discussed what we need to fix, but after I dropped my car off for repair, she called me and told me that she made the wrong estimate. She needs to submit new estimate to my insurance. Next week, she went vacation and it took about another two and half to resubmit new estimate. I have to pay my own rental and I informed her about that. Overall, i felt like they don’t care. The estmators are very bad with communicating with customers and giving updates. Every time i call them , they are busy so i left the message, they never called me back. I called again, still ask me to leave a message, i called them at least one a week to get update on my car because I didn’t call them in the beginning and it took them three weeks to submit my new estimate. Every time, the guy told me that he will call me back tomorrow to give updates, never called me back. Even to pick up my car, he told me he will call me in the morning once the car is wash and the car will be ready by noon. Until 1230, he didn’t call me so i called them. The car is ready to pick up so i made reservation to pick up my car at 1330. I went there and the lady from front desk finished the paper work and payment in like 10 minutes. Then i have to wait another 20 minutes just to go around my car with estimator who was on lunch. If you made a reservation, you should be here. i would give no star at all if i could. Even worst, they trying to blame my insurance, my insurance responded within 3 business days and I received the email separately every time. They told me that they submitted paper work to my insurance. More
