I would also like to mention that Isaac followed up how the car was doing after 2 or 3 days. I felt valued as a customer. Isaac was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He had everything ready for us, and we were in and out faster than we expected. It's clear he values his customers time and ensures they get exactly what they need. We appreciate the opportunity to review, research, and respond to your service visit. Both of our foremen inspected your 2019 Lexus ES350 with 64,325 miles and did not find any issues. We noted a recommendation to conduct a test drive with you, but you declined the road test with the shop foreman. Additionally, we checked the vehicle's computer and found no error codes. Our offer to have your test drive with our foreman's is still available if you select - Team Longo
