I loved my experience purchasing my used vehicle. Tom Suggs was wonderful to work with! However, the financing team was not so easy. After purchasing my car, I was met with a voicemail saying that I needed to come in to re-sign the financing agreement. It was difficult to get a hold of them, especially Alex, and when I did, it was hard to find a time to come in and re-sign. It has also been very difficulty to understand what Alex was saying. I spent all of my afternoon waiting for the financing team to get organized to complete this task, and it still hasn’t been resolved. I would’ve appreciated it if the financing team at Lokey would be more organized and better at communicating. More
