I bought a Nissan rogue sport from here a few years ago, I am currently pregnant and decided to upgrade to the full size rogue. My initial experience was fine, I found the car I liked, was in and out in a very short time. I was told I couldn’t have my mats, but they would be in that week and I could come back and get them. A few days go by, no call, I call and spoke to my salesman he said they’re still not here, they should be here tomorrow I’ll give you a call. Next day no call. Thinking not much maybe they’re behind, I wait another week. At this point I notice 2 things I didn’t notice during test drive, one being the blue tooth connection crackles HORRIBLY whenever I am on the phone. The other, more serious, feels like the car pulls to the right when I’m on highway! Anyway a week later I call AGAIN and explain this issue, still no car mats? Weird. Get told when I come in for mats, they’ll check the the alignment. Another week goes by, still no call, so I call and want to speak to a manager. No call back. Wait another 3 days on my day off and call a manager completely upset at this point, no answer of course, no call back, but the salesman calls me back acting surprised I don’t have my mats as if he didn’t tell me he’d call me when they were in and NEVER did. He said he thought I was coming in to get them and was waiting for me! Poor excuse. Anyway finally after weeks got my mats, but had no time for alignment check and no mention of that. Still to this day have not heard from a single manager after 2 messages I’ve left with separate people. Customer service Terrible. They care about you when are in there spending money, after that you might as well not exist. I also explained I was having an issue with my financing place, no one answered that phone call either, figured it out on my own when they were repeatedly calling my place of employment. I doubt I will ever buy a car from here again, and honestly regret not looking elsewhere, and will not be recommending others to go here as I did in the past. Probably will also not hear anything after this review either and I’m sure it will also go nowhere but hopefully customer service AFTER the sale will become more important to Lokey employees. More

I dont appreciate my credit being run 50 times without being told. I had a pre-approval from my credit card company. Instead of just going with it immediately at least 7 different rejections letter came t being told. I had a pre-approval from my credit card company. I had been working on my credit really hard for it to drop ONE HUNDRED points from all the hard pulls!!!! More
