Although appointment pushed back I had a 10:15am service appointment for rear break pads. Normally it would take an hour and a half ended up being four hours. The shuttle(driver Wendy) picked me up at 2:30pm from Countryside Mall. I’m not one to normally complain but that was long and not sure why I was the one pushed back when I was on time for my appointment. More
