James, the salesman, met us at our vehicle and was very helpful and understanding of our dilemma. We knew the vehicle we wanted because we have been doing a lot of research, a brand new Nissan Pathfinder. We showed James the vehicle we wanted and he was quick to get it for us so we could check it out. When we told him we were ready to move forward and purchase the vehicle, he was very understanding that we were in a bit of a time crunch because our baby needed to be fed and be in bed by a certain time. He got the whole process rolling very quickly and was extremely courteous to us along the entire way. Sandy in finance was awesome also, super good guy and he knew everything there was to know about that job. I think it was a really good experience at the dealership and I would have no problem going back there to check out vehicles in the future. More
