The customer service/sales ( Kevin Bashaw, Bruno Pignano and Joe Hossian ) team are on point to a T !! I was in and out in 4 hours. Very impressive for having a trade in, financial approval and finding the ultimate vehicle for my needs. I even got the pleasure of meeting and chatting with Paul Lokey himself. As usual, it sucked Went in for an “express” oil change and came out 3 hours later with just an oil change that took 3 hours. Received an I’m sorry.....
