Amazing experience!! I love Lokey Nissan. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the Nissan brand. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, everyone I love Lokey Nissan. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the Nissan brand. From the time you walk in until the time you leave, everyone makes you feel welcome and also how much they appreciate my business. I just bought a 2017 sentra, but they treated me as if I was purchasing a ferrari! I have never been treated this nice at any car dealership. They all made me feel like family. Even the GM Mr. Jones came by and introduced himself and also thanked me for shopping at Lokey...I was very impressed with that since hardly ever does a top manager thank you or take time to shake your hand. I will be buying all my cars from Lokey Nissan. A last note...the new dealership is beautiful. More

Fantastic dealership Bought my first brand new car from this dealership. I worked with the sales manager Brent and internet manager Angelo, both were extremely helpful Bought my first brand new car from this dealership. I worked with the sales manager Brent and internet manager Angelo, both were extremely helpful and helped me get a loan and find the perfect car for me! All the employees were very nice and checked in on me frequently as I was waiting for all the paperwork to go through. The dealership gives you free oil changes when you buy a new car and has snacks and drinks to offer while you wait which is very thoughtful. I also had my windows tinted and the car cleaned the wait was very reasonable. Brent and Angelo are extremely efficient and thorough and will make sure you drive away very satisfied with your new purchase! I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to upgrade! More

Very disappointing service... too bad no zero stars! Tried to scam me on rear brake pads at 18K miles telling me they were down to two millimeter when the pads were closer to six millimeters. $239 for $ Tried to scam me on rear brake pads at 18K miles telling me they were down to two millimeter when the pads were closer to six millimeters. $239 for $35 pads and ten minutes of work, I did it myself and I am saving the original pads to put back in when the replacements wear out. The service manager gave me a BS story about why the rear pads wear out so fast and was totally clueless that the front and rears are integrated. Scary! Still, I went there for "free" oil changes. Last time, without asking they pulled my engine air and cabin air filters, then they forgot to try and sell me their overpriced new filters and sent me on down the road without replacing either. When my motor sounded funny, I pulled over and checked - no filter and plenum cover rattling around loose. When I went back, the mechanic dug my filters out of the trash and was going to put them back in and I asked if they were joking. Then I had to wait another hour before they managed to pull a new set. While they were doing that, they tried to sell me a overpriced brake flush. I don't think they "get" it ! Like I want to go down the road without brake fluid? Decided to change my own oil because they are no doubt buying the cheapest dino oil they can for their "free" changes. The drain plug had been put on so tight it had twisted and disfigured the oil pan. The pop fasteners typically removed to access the oil filter were destroyed and barely functional. Also missing a "drain washer" in spite of being listed on my invoice. I really liked the salesman who helped me get a good deal, but he is gone and they will never see me there again, nor anyone else I can dissuade. 2011 Murano, 33,000 easy miles. More

Nissan I did not buy After hours of haggling, Lokey agreed to bring car from another dealer. It came as promised, and I took it home for overnight test drive. I returned it as promised the next day and advised them "No Deal". Now, a few weeks later, i am getting emails from Nissan and Lokey congratulating me on my new car. My call to Lokey said they would fix. Received more emails, called Nissan Corp. They said call police, looks like a fraud situation. Called Lokey again and the dealer promised to contact Nissan to remove tihis purchase! What do you think will happen next. Wish I had a free new car sitting in my driveway. More
