Incomplete service and muddy car I dropped my car off to be serviced for a warranty item that they did not fix the last time I brought it in for. and also to have the windows tinte I dropped my car off to be serviced for a warranty item that they did not fix the last time I brought it in for. and also to have the windows tinted. At end of day I called to see if it was ready they told me it was not done yet so I had to get a ride with the service I am when I got picked up I arrived and they said it had been completed except for the warranty work which was frustrating. So I got my keys and left and walked out to the car and it was covered in white mug the wheel wells covered in white mud the floor mats covered in mud and shell. I was frustrated and drove off Vowing to find somewhere else to service my vehicle. Also, I had parts ordered and irs been two weeks and no has called to tell me they are in yet. More

Rear End Collision Lokey did an excellent job repairing my vehicle which had extensive damage from being rear-ended. I really appreciate that they took care of me. All the service staff are very courteous and accommodating - they provide excellent customer service! I will continue to have my car serviced at Lokey and also purchase my next one from them! More
